Constantly calls no one talks really annoying blocked it from ringing thru

Got a call from 888-888-8888 today, caller ID said "Vzw At Sams Clu", hung up when I said Hello.  White Pages tags the number used by several people and businesses in Bronx, NY.  Very likely scammers.

just rec'd 2 calls from 888-888-8888. I did not answer either. Will be blocking the # shortly.

I got calls back to back on my cellphone about an online loan I never requested and when I told the girl she hung up...shady...

IDon't answer numbers I do not recognize but have been called by this number (888-888-8888).  Am on the do not call list but apparently it isn't working.  I am aggravated by the interruption of my activities by unrecognized numbers and wish they would cease and desist!!!!!!!!!!

Got this phone call at 532 am. Caller id said AT&T. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

They called me at 5.30pm in the UK, didn't notice as the phone was charging so it came up as a missed call.

got a call from 8888888888 today.  rang it back on the land line and a lady answered.   When I said I had a missed call from this number, she said 'no' and hung up...

I've just received a call from this number and I'm in the UK. Everybody else that's complained seems to be in the US. Why ring me?

I am in dubai and got called by a telephone marketer (I suppose) she sounded Asian /oriental asking me to call them back . Well I freaked out too and did not respond, beside I pay £2.50 per minute to answer .

The voice mail sounded muffled , I thought it was the  PPI Chinese /Asian version .

I called my voicemail as I thought it was important and basically paid £2.50 anyway just to listed to the s*****t.

Don t bother responding to that number if you are abroad , block the number on your phone .

I didn't answer it - had to be spam with a number like this!

I just got a call from +8888888888. Looked very odd and I have no idea who it was so didn't answer. Anyone got any ideas?

i also received a call from this number with a woman's voice asking about PPI / accident claims (cant remember which one). you say hello, it waits a few seconds and then plays you the recorded message.

I received a call from this number at 17.49 today. I did not pick up and they have left a message which I have not listened to. I think this is a dodgy number.

I had a call from +8888888888, never answered it, let it go on the answer machine & they never left a message! I shall be ignoring it if it rings again, googled the number and it showed it was a number from china!!! I don't know anyone in china, probably a scam, beware!!!

I think they are branching out, im also UK and just received a call from them (missed it though) bloody people on the other end of the phone need to get a real job >.<
