Received a call from +888888888888 today. Number looks too suspicious so I didnt pick it up.

I am sorry that is cannot explain it. The same thing happened to me. I am from Nepal. I was busy that moment and when I checked my phone, i had a missed call from 888888888888.

I got a missed call from this number +888888888888 its 5:23pm philippines time when i checked it it was 49mins ago.
Weird... It call me direct to my phone number.

I too got a missed call from this number and personally I do not use Skype apart from at work so I would say it is definitely a scam.
