yes I just got a call from Mike Watson at this number he said that he Is going to file a lawsuit on a loan. I told him I did not have a loan so I asked him to reveal the name of his company and he would not. then he said  just pack your bags because I will be out of my house within 48 hours I replied I do not even owen my house I rent then he hung up he wont answer his phone now.

i wish we could find out who they are . i cant imagine how many people they have scammed. i talked to them and they told me i owed for a payday loan . i said what i never took out a payday loan are you sure .. then they said oh it could be for a credit card. i said why are you calling me when you dont even know who or what i owe.. then i said send me the information in the mail .. they started calling again non stop the next day..  my husband told them off and to send information ..

The same thing happened to me. He said that i owed 400 on a loan and if i didn't pay i would be arrested Monday morning from my work. He knew my name, where I worked, where I live. WHEN I asked for more infocause I know I don't owe on a loan, he called me a f****** idiot.When I said what excuse me He said you stupid fu***** b****. I was so scared don't know what to do. I am single mom of three, he knows where I live and work what should i do. I called the place he said i owe cash Advance of America, the woman said I am not even in her system. Her advice was ignore the calls but isn't this harassment if it doesn't stop.

They must change their name the guy who called me left msg had very hard time understanding him sounds like Asian or Indian but his name was Alex something I allowed my friend to use me as a reference a while back for a loan she did not tell me it was a payday loan since then I receive those calls often sometimes I call back and give them my attorneys name I used for my divorse once u do that they stop for a whiłe but this is a big scam so please don't fall for that they can't do nothing they just want ur money

They just said the same thing to me too!  I literally just got off the phone with them and gave them hell.  I said, I know nothing you are talking about and I do not believe this is a valid call.

The same thing just happened to me today so I got here trying to see if I can find out anything about this person or what is going on?

I had a threatening call at 8:15 AM from a Jason Smith stating that I was going to be arrested tomorrow morning due to a payday loan that I took out. I never took any payday loan out. Jason told me to call Ronnie Cooper at 916-287-3815, which was the same number Jason had called me from. I called and spoke to Ronnie Cooper and he advised me that I was going to be arrested tomorrow morning for not paying a loan back. I never received a loan. This call made my blood pressure rise and upset me very much. Both men had an accent and were about 20 or 30 years old. They should be arrested for calling people and upsetting them.

I had the same call as everyone from this number also had one a day or so earlier from 813-336-0846 claiming the same thing about an unpaid payday loan and that I was going to be arrested if I did not pay them now..
I told them I had not received any payday loan via ACH and had bank records to prove it, Oh and by the way you do realize this is an Ohio State Patrol Officer you are calling. They hung up and will not answer my return calls....

I received a call from this number this morningit's not the first time stating they were going to arrest me if I or my attorney didn't call back...please find this man

This guy threatened to have me locked up at work. I cussed him out and told him that I would sue him and he hung up on me. This is a scam. He has been calling my work place too. I called back and said my name and he hung up on me again. I am going to keep harassing him as he has done to me.. Time for a dose of his own medicine. I encourage everyone to do the same. Maybe after he gets cussed out so many times he might actually quit.

These people called my job and asked for me when I told them to hold on then the guy hung up. Then the same guy called my cell phone 10 more times and left the same message that I or my attorney of record needed to get in touch with him the second that I received the message because the issue at hand is time sensitive. Don't disregard this message if you do then I wish you good luck

These people called me at work. The first guys accent was so heavy I couldn't understand him at all he told me to call back and talk to his partner Ronnie Cooper. I got John Anderson instead who told me I had to pay him $400 or I was going to get arrested at work. He said he was going to call my employer and tell them I'm a bad person then he was going to submit the papers to the local sheriff department and get me arrest in front of my friends and family so that I'll be embarrassed. I told him that I was currently at school located across from the police department and that I could just go in right now and get things settled. He hung up on me. When I called back he told me I had 1 hour to get the money together and get to the closest Walgreens then call him back and he'll tell me how to send him the money. I knew something was up when he said to go to Walgreens. So I called everybody (my bank, credit bureus, etc...) then went to report this guy. Unfortunately nothing can be done until he actually takes money from somebody.

I'm not sure if you resolved this or not, but if you haven't then here is what you should do. First of all, don't listen to a damn thing they say about having you arrested. They can't have you arrested for anything. Second, if you don't owe a pay day loan or whatever they are saying you owe, let them know you have never taken a pay day loan or whatever and you don't owe them a penny. Third, if they insist on telling you that you'll be arrested, make sure you tell them that you know the laws on debt collection and owing a debt is NOT a criminal matter, but what THEY are doing IS a criminal matter. Let them know you have already contacted the authorities in your area and they are aware of the situation. Make sure they know that if they don't stop harassing you THEY will be the ones "getting picked up".

I got a call from this number, told me I had 3 charges against my name and my ss number. He asked me if I knew anything about this matter and I was like no. Next thing I know he is telling me to call Mr Cooper and gave me the same number. I haven't called and I have just had a bad feeling about this. I hope that we can get this stopped.

I recieved a call from this number too 916-287-3815....NOW they have changed their name once again... to JOHN ANDERSON w/ a thick [***] accent! gave me a direct line to his phone 415-484-6741... He told me the same thing that I would be arrested if I didnt pay the money owed.... I felt this was a SCAM from the beginning! I am glad I looked up the number online.... thank you guys for having posted this... and YES they are saying I owed money to CASH ADVANCE AMERICA.....I did not take a loan from these people! SO I called them back after googling the number and this Middle Eastern S.O.B started to CURSE me out!....SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
