I recieved a call from a 2132325903 and they gave me a law firm of NAPD in California and also in Columbia,South Carolina they had all my information like social sercurity, banking information and refernces like friends and told me I owe money to Cashnet. THEY ARE FRAUD AND NEED TO BE PUT BEHIND BARS FOR A LIFETIME!!!!!

Okay just like all of you I to am now receiving calls from these a*sholes.  I just did a phone number look up for the two numbers i have 941-961-8518 a company in Florida, 714-333-2947 a land line in California.  He calls me on my cell when i ask him how can I help you he states "I'm gonna make you cry so ill call you back" when he calls me he changes his name to Cruz
Aguirre with his thick middle eastern accent, and says "its a time sensative matter that me or my attorney need to call him as soon as I get this message if not he wishes me the best of luck".  Now today I got scared when he called my mother and said I need to call him today or I'll be arrested tomorrow when i called the number he gave it just rings no answer, no voicemail, nothing.  So thats when i did a number search its a scam because the only loan I have they debit it from my card and its paid once a month every month never late so this is BULL.  I did have other loans before I wonder if these sharing or selling our info and thats how these a*sholes are getting our numbers.
DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY OR MORE INFO.

They have done the same thing to my mother, and harrassed her in the same way hopefully more people will google this number and notice all these comments. I will add my two cents by saying he used places like quick cash, D tech evolution, and american credit services to pull you in. Thanks for all the comments, it has most likely saved my mom money and her sanity.  DON'T Talk to jeff miller or shawn richards, who sounds more like haman rashad. I hope this ends soon.

I received calls from a gentleman that sound Indian, the numbers that appeared on my caller ID (213)232-4395, (941)961-8518, (818)936-4697 stating I owe money to Quick loan from 2007. The caller has my cell and work number and other personal information. Please beware. Also, the caller will give you a fax number to send your credit information (888)680-8917and (831)536-1611.

I got a call on Saturday. Guy said that he wanted to verify the last four numbers of my Social Security number which were correct but I told him no. Told me that there will be a person to serve me legal papers. I told him to go get a real job and stop calling me. I told him to send them and the police will be here waiting on them. He had my address. Called him all kinds of curse works and hu. And as I see this is a scam and I am not bothered...

These people called our home phone a week and a half ago.They also called my husbands place of work. I retirned their call and they said my husband didn't pay on a payday loan from 2007 and if he didn't pay 1400 they were going to come and get him at 11;45 THE NEXT DAy at work and take him to court. Needless to say I was shook up. Would have paid it probably if I would of had it..Called the state police and they said it was a scam. Then I wrote complaints to aattorney Generals office FTC.Talked to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection people.. The phone # they used was 714-333-2950. Yesterday I got another from941-961-8515. Same people only I didn't answer the phone. Message said time was important and if he didn't call back well God Bless..Guess next it is the secret service

These scammers have been calling my work number. When one of us answers, we cannot understand him. When someone asks his name, he starts cursing. None of us can understand anything except sonic.

I am going to call the State of Florida Attorney General's office.

I received a call today from a stern man stating that the "very second that you receive this message to return the call or have my your attorney on record return the call because this matter is time sensitive." Not having any outstanding debts, I called the caller ID number 9419618518 and the nmber left on to call back, 213-550-4189.  They were both out of service. The guy said his name is Max Daxtrom. He says "Don't disregard this message, return the call!" He also goes on to start a statement, "If you don't return this call, we will be forced.....". Then my machine cut him off. I can see why this scares the crap out of people at this time.

I got the call three times today. The man said and that he was an attorney for cashnet and if I or my attorney didnt contact them today, he wished me good luck. The second time he called I wrote down everything he said. He was hard to understand, he said he had a case number for the lawsuit against me for 550. to Cashnet. He had names, numbers, addresses for me...? He said should he send his officer to my work, or home to pick me up? I said I wouldnt say anything until I consult my attorney, hung up. I think theyre gargage collectors. Its just scare tactics.

I just received a call from this company, the woman was screaming at me calling me a criminal.  I asked her to send me something in the mail if it was legit.  She was screaming at me, she had all my personal info, kept calling me a criminal.  I could barely understand her, she was awful.  I didn't give her my info, didn't verify anything.  I typed the phione number into google, and I came across this.  Wow, what a scam.

I received a call from this number as well. The call back number he gave me was in California 213-550-4189. These people do not understand the law and how things work in the United States. If you owe a company money they don't send you to jail if anyhting it will go on your credit report. I have no knowledge of cash net law firm. I want these people to be brought to justice and I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.

Same thing. This guys name was "Ryan", but I could barely understand him. DO NOT listen to a word from these fools. They are definitely scammers. They have a lot of your personal info. Your name, address, social security number, employer name and address, and even the names of your friends and family. They tell you that you will be arrested at your place of employment in the next day or two. They name some legit bank (Wells Fargo in this case). There are other websites that give the links to turn them into the Secret Service, FBI, and Federal Trade Commission, since what they are doing is a crime. Please do take the time to report these scammers. Again - DO NOT give them any info or a penny. Laugh at them, tell them you know they are thugs and scammers, and hang up.

LEft a message at 7:15 this morning, saying that it is imperative that I call them back. It was a woman that I could hardly understand. Her name was Jenny Graham. She wanted me to call her back at 714-400-0563. Then said if she doesn't hear from me, good luck on my case.

This person called my cell and phone and myu job - stating that I owned a loan - and I better call back as soon as I got this message or else - They would call my 2 references and they would send the law to by work to pick me up  - I will not call this person back - his english was very broken and there was alot of back ground noise - could barely hear him - aI  do not undestand how they got my information -

Caller stated he was calling from a law firm and gave his name as RYAN CRUISE.  He refused to give me the name of the law firm or their address. He had a very thick foreign accent and said he represented Sonic Pay Day/Cashnet Pay Day loans.  He called me five times in one day and gave out personal information to a family member.  

A different number showed up on the caller id (941-961-8518).  That number and the first number he left as a call back (213-550-4173) cannot be connected when dialed.

Follwing the law is not something they are concerned with.

Got a call today, I couldn't understand the woman, told her that unless she spoke english not to call here again.  We don't have a loan through Cashnet and will never do business with them.  Will tell them the next time that I have contacted a attorney and the State Attorney's office for prosecution against them.

I got the same call from 2 different #s same guy 1 week apart.

I just got this phone call they left a message in broken english, and alot of background noise to call 310-362-4319 when I called that number they said I owed on a loan from payday select, they told me I was going to be picked up the next day and taking to the court house.  So I called pay day select they confirmed my loan has been paid off.  These A**es said that American Credit Card Services were the ones filing the charges against me. but again payday select has no dealings with that company.  The law firm they were claiming was CMD Criminal Money Division from Ca.  They had the loan amount I borrowed my old bank account number so they are good.

I have received many telephone numbers from the same middle eastern man demanding payment from a loan. If I did not attempt to settle this matter that I would be arrested. Of course this startled me they keep telling me to either pay by credit or debit card and would not give me the company or individual's number regarding this matter. He also has transfered me to his supervisor with the strong middle eastern accent asking me what I want to do about this matter. I ask him where are you calling me from and he gets very upset with me when I ask this question. I am so glad that I went on to this in letting me know that I am dealing with scamers.

I keep getting the same calls except mine are from a woman named Nancy Jo (who is clearly Indian) there is a lot of noise in the background and she only leaves voice mails instructing me to call another number. When I actually answer the phone they hang up. They've called me a total of 7 times in about an 18 hour period. They ask for someone named Arron Owens (which isn't me or anyone I've ever heard of) She says to call or have my attorney call and she wishes me good luck if I do not. How annoying it's sad but I'm sure someone out there will fall for it.
