I may be wrong in my assumption, but it seems that the person in question, Larry Moore,  has a new e-mail domain.  I just received an email about an item I posted on CraigsLlist.  It read "hello i will like to know if the posted ad is still up for sale".  I may be wrong, but the improper use of the word "will" in the inquiry and the bizarre domain name got me to doing some investigation.  The person inquiring about my add is Larry Moore < tolozolo10@whatagod.zzn.com >.  I don’t think that I am even going to reply, as it seems there is more than enough evidence that Larry Moore with any tolozolo### e-mail address is most likely the same person.

got a FedEx with a check for $2700.00. The info on the check is Rick Engebretsen 3369 Calle Margarita, Encinitas, CA 92024 - Wells Fargo Bank NA MAC N9301-041 Minneapolis MN 55479. The 'Sender' of the Fedex was Roy Smith 1 Salt Pond Road, Hampton Va 23664, phone 951-892-7140.   I called the number and it was an answering service.   I left a message that this check showed up and I have no clue what for.   Never received a callback.

its a scam!!!  tolozolo100@gmail.com is the email and phone number 9518927140.  Mark as phishing scam!!!

I too was contacted by this idiot and knew it was a scam.  I teach computer related scams to law enforcement and am going to use this guy as a classic example of a Nigeriam scam.  I will also highlight the help, such as this site, to help people weed out this guys.  Kepp up the good work!

Got the same exact message alot of you guys are getting. I was sellng my wedding dress and they wanted to buy it even though they had never seen it. I am sooo thankful that i googled this number just to make sure it wasn't a scam.

hey guys stay away. i put an add on craigslist for a musical item...got the same number. if u can't hear, i don't think u need to be trying to listen to music. i mean i know it can be felt, no disrespect but to me this is not legit. besides that is a cali number. my ad was on a michigan craigslist.

on top of that i don't take checks!! don't taakes checks for these people. they are running a scam getting you to cash bogus checks!!

OK so even though I thought it was fishy, I am slightly desperate for money this time of year, and I guess since Kelly said she was deaf, I believed her.  I googled a bit about craigslist scams, but not her name.  OF COURSE I gave her my address and phone number, and even mentioned when I will be out of town!!!!  THEN I googled the name and came up with all of this!  Obviously I won't be cashing any check she sends me, but should I be concerned?  I didn't give any account info or anything like that...

The scammer is still at it.  This time using the name Elizabeth Lunsford.  The check arrives and it is fraudulent.  Luckily I took it to the bank that it was drawn on (instead of my personal bank).  They couldn't cash it.

They are hoping you cash it at your personal bank so it would take a couple of days to figure out it was a fraud.  By then you would have wired the money (and be out of luck).

This is the biggest scam on craig's list.

THEY ARE TRYING TO GET YOU TO CASH CHECKS FOR THEM AND THEN RE-IMBURSE THEM WITH YOUR OWN MONEY.

sounds like we all have had a go at this guy got the same email today from a guy by the name of grig zavala who claims to have a secertary by the name of kelly smart. the email he sent was word for word as every other on here. BEWARE SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!

Apparently Kellie has informed her secretary to buy a child swing and a jumperoo.  Strangely the original emial I received was from "kellie francis" <enquiries.4thdimension@yahoo.co.uk>, but upon reply received another from kelliefrancis58@gmail.com.

I had the same experience and like many others did actually give this person my address.  I did file a complaint with the FBI - internet crimes.  This person is now going by the name "Lisa Wilson"  here are the emails "she" sent me

Hi,how was your day ?I want you to understand that the deal is on and my secretary as posted the payment promptly, but there was a little problem which i guess we can handle with care while i contacted her to confirm if the payment as been mail out i was made to understand that its actually as been sent and but instead of the actually amount $100 for the CRIB SET & ACCESSORIES - Vintage Teaberry - Wendy Bellisimo,she made out the check for $3000 she claim that was what i requested but she didn't get that straight. The payment was already posted before i was inform about this but i wouldn't want this to delay the sale as i have rectify this with my Bank and all you do once you have the payment is to take it to you Bank and have it cashed and you will then deduct the money for your item plus a $50 for your run around.The excess fund on the payment will then be wired to my mover via western union that same days so that he can come for pick up as i already plan on using the excess on the payment to offset the cost of the various shipments he as undertaken on my behalf.Do let me know if i can trust you to have the excess sent to my mover thank you.

After I sent my shipping info, I had second thoughts and decided to google the phone number...BOY AM I GLAD I DID!  Thanks for keeping this info going.

I emailed "Kellie" back and told her/him that my wife sold the item locally today while I was at work and to not bother sending any money.
