This number has been calling 2 or 3 times a day for the past few months! I am getting very annoyed! I called the number back today, and a lady picked up. I told her that I wanted those calls to end, and she asked for my phone number and told me that it was now off the calling list...
I highly doubt that the calls will stop, but who knows... waiting to see the improvement!

If nobody speaks or hangs up they know you dont have any money because they see your info on the computer or they know right off the bat your personality doest fit the vacation because you bought a cheap vacation anyway not the upgraded one so stop complaining and pay your balance...

They've called 2 times a day for a week now.  

There is another number that did this for a month before this number started. That number was 954-513-3069. Same area code!  This is so frustrated.  I wish there was a way to block them.

This call is now in Canada.  It is a [***] as we get calls 15 times a day and last night was the worse, they called at 11:00 p.m.  I think it's time someone does something about this.  The number should be banned from outgoing calls by the phone companies.  They are the only ones that can stop this.  I will formally make a complaint to Bell Canada at no cost.  I find that the site that says to register is also a scam because they charge us to register to be removed from the caller's list.  This is terrible, they are like helping these scam artists to continue to do this by charging us the poor custormer who is being harrassed.

This number has been calling for the last week or so. They somehow get our info once we've been called by Imperial Majesty Cruise Vacations to inform us we are a cruise winner, we just pay port taxes, which I paid and sent in my cruise reservation form as directed to receive my package but never received. Was I scammed, did it get 'lost in the mail'??? Whatever...Anyhow, why BESM is calling me, I don't know. They can't be calling to collect money because I owe nothing. No one says anything when I answer, they just hang up. Grow some balls and speak to me so I can tell you what I think of your harrassing calls. I did make a complaint on the do not call website listed previously on this thread.

BESM Inc. pisses me off

My 81 yo mother gets a call from this number on a daily basis.  There is never anyone on the other line.  This is harassment for my elderly mom and I want it stopped.  Who is this person?

they call me constantly and its really shady that the company has had about 3 different cruise lines but when ever i answer they just hang up but they call me 5-6 times a day

anyone else notice these complaints date back to 2007 and they still haven't shut this number down??

I've been getting at least 2 calls a day for that last couple of days from this number.  I pick up and no one answers.  It's getting really annoying.

This number called me 3 times this month. First one missed, second one it was a lady asking to speak to someone I don't know and I told her it's a wrong number. 3rd time today, when I answered "Hello" I heard a lady saying "May I speak to .. " then she stopped talking and hung up.

Ok...I called the number back again (which answers as "Promotions") and this time I got an operator who started talking and then when I started to say something she put me on hold in the middle of it.  Then she comes back and I tell her I would like for them to stop calling me.  She asks for my number, says "OK" and then hangs up on me.  This was yesterday morning. Since then I've gotten 3 calls at random times (1st one woke me up on a Saturday) from "Unknown Callers." Coincidence?

Ya really gotta wonder why they keep calling just to hang up. This is getting annoying. Somebody shut this [***] down. WTF do we pay taxes for.  And yes, I have registered on the Do Not Call list and filed a complaint.

This number 954-351-0087 keeps calling me day and night.  I am disabled and I also am on the Do NOT CALL LIST since it first came out.  I want these people to stop calling me.  I read it is Imperial Cruise Line.

I called this number last month and I told them I want to cancel the whole thing. They told "but you won a cruise", and I told them "yeah but I have not time for travel this year", so I asked them to remove my number, and they seem they did, becuae i didn't receive a call from them ever since.

I called these people back after 8 calls in two days and the woman put me on hold when I asked to be removed from their call list. Let's just say if they put you on hold, you're going to stay there indefinitely.

I have been getting calls from this number for the past few days.  One time I got a pre-recorded message from "Carmen Electrka", but I hung up before I could find out what it was.  Every other time it was just a hang-up/no one there.  I finally called back today and reached the "Promotions" department where I hit 0 to reach the operator.  I was very straight forward, told them I was on the Do Not Call List, this was harassment and I would file it with the government if they didn't remove me.  She asked for my phone number, which I gave her and she said I would be removed.  We'll see!

I answered the phone one time and the girl on the end said I had signed up to win a cruise.  I was told I won the cruise for myself and one other person.  I listened to the spiel and told her I would have to talk with my husband.  She was very persistent and I again told her I would not commit and would not give her my credit card number until I was sure I wanted to go.  Now they are calling my house several times a day but not message is left.  I'm on the Do Not Call List.  Should I report this company?

They call me roughly 5 times a day from a long distance number that comes up as Florida.  I called them back just now and had them remove me from there list...I doubt that will happen.  It's a cruise line and they give away discounted cruises and packages where you just pay the taxes.  SO ANNOYING!!!

This is UNBELIEVABLE! i got a new cell phone and got the number activated less than 24 hours ago! And they're calling me! They either have great connections or they're demon-dialling...i've got the number blocked already...bunch of pricks!

These people called earlier in the day and had asked for my mother, by her first name only. When I told them she wasn't in, and if they would like to leave a message the man said that they would just put the number on the recall list. When I asked "May I ask who is calling?" they hung up.
They just called back, my mom answered and they asked for my mother again by first name only. They told her she won a cruise and she told them to hang on so she could "write down" the information. We knew it was a scam, but because it wasn't a recording, my mom wanted all the information that she could get out of them.
When my mom got back on the phone they lady said to her "Why aren't you more excited? I am giving you a free cruise. I am not sending you to jail" to which my mom responded that she doesn't remember signing up for any Cruise contests because cruises aren't her thing. The lady then asked if she should just give the cruise to somebody else, which my mom said okay too and the lady hung up. What bull.
