They have called 25 times a week ( at least) and hang up on me everytime! I am going to call the police if this continues!

they call everyday 3-4 times a day saying if I want them to stop calling to call them back, and explain you would like to be on the do not call list. I called because I was getting really pissed,and they said there offices were open from Monday to Friday 7 am- 5 pm

They keep calling.  At the minimum 2 calls a day- annoying.

I get 6-10 calls a day from this number! I called the BBB & made a harassment charge against the "so called manager" Nadine Fisher calling me white trash cause I'm a single Mom and couldn't afford the fees!!! I dont think she'd appreciate it if I called her the racial crude name for her being an African American!!!

Numerous calls daily for over 2 weeks now, no message.  When I answer to find out who in the world keeps calling, they just hang up!  So annoying - When I looked up phone number it says it is BESM Inc. 6555 Powerline Rd. suite 313, Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33009-2050 - enough already!

I have been receiving daily calls, sometimes more than 2 or 3 times, from this number.  It shows up on my caller ID as BESM, 954-351-0087.  Whenever I answer the call, there is no response, a pause, then the caller hangs up.  If I do not answer, all except once, there is no message left, except for a short pause.  Once, the message was from a man, asking if I was available (I believe he used my first and last name), then hung up quickly.

How do I stop getting these calls?  What is this all about, and how did he (they) get my number?

offered to reinstate my expired package with vegas, pueto val-somewhere then added 2 for one flight package, then nights on shore in Bahamas then .....    i said no can do. they said you owe anyway, i asked for a transcript of the taped message they said they had where i agreed ..... smooth talker handed me over to tough lady ... said i had agreed ?18 months ago and they would bill me --- asked her for a copy of the tape, the original package ... she wouldn't do it ---- ain't gonna pay it.

I decided to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau their website is www.bbb.org/

Between googling "cruise ship scam", reading ripoff reports of the calling process, seeing reviews of the "cruise", and even finding testimonials from former employees, I found that the company in question is managed by one "Phil Howland" working a scam call center selling a crappy timeshare out of Ramada's Vacation Village. The ship part of the cruise is free, but the land time, various travel fees, and prices to upgrade from hellhole to craphole seems to add up to several thousand dollars. They have verbatim rebuttals for every argument we can give them, and seem to believe that they are providing us some sort of amazing deal.

Yes, they can. Contact your CC company right away. Have them check for fraudulent transactions, and change your account number.
