I told them to stop calling any business we 'possibly' had with them I did not wish to continue..Called Fort Lauderdale Police Services and filed a harassment and a 'Fraud' Complaint and they have never called me again.  If more people called and filed a complaint with the police dept the Fort Lauderdale DA's office would have no choice but to get involved.  I am even following up to receive a copy of the report that the police filed.

Who said you can't file a complaint?  We live in Canada and we filed a complaint with the Fort Lauderdale Police Dept..They took the complaint seriously and investigated it.  I am just waiting for a copy of my report.  Call Fort Lauderdale Police Services ask for their General Inquiries and explain the situation to them and tell them you are from Canada.  If they receive enough complaints then eventually the DA's office will have no choice but to investigate BESM Inc. for FRAUD.  CALL THEM.  I have not received a single call since!

They call every day without fail. This constitutes harrassment now.

I, too, am on the Do Not Call list ... and these ... "people" ... keep calling and there is no one on the other end, no message and no one speaks. They have called FIVE times today alone. I intend to search back through these posts and complain as well.
The reverse lookup lists BEMC, Inc. and Brett Zimmerman (the President), from 6555 Powerline Rd. ste. 313, Ft. Lauderdale, FL., 33309-2050.  *I doubt it will stop them, since apparently, the "Do Not Call" list means nothing to them OR the FCC ... but we'll see what happens.*

I have filed a complaint with the donotcall registry just now. *Let's see what happens (maybe nothing, since it's a ".gov" site ... ).

Called.  Asked for me by name, then hung up.  Odd.

My wife bought this package shortly before I deployed to Iraq. After being deployed for 16 months we decided to book our vaction and go enjoy ourselves. When we called to book it we were told it had expired  and we owed them more money, when my wife refused she was told they have our credit card info and we are under contract for thhe rest of the charges. We did a little research and got a phone # for Mr. Zimmerman the pres. for promotions for BESM the company we bought this from. Bottom line a few phone calls later we got our cruise reinstated. However it never should have taken that to get it done.

whatever happened with this?  Anything?

i got a call from this number regarding a free cruise!!!! [***]!

i keep getting calls from the above number. .When I answer no one there is there. They do not leave messages on my answering machine either. I find this very irratating.

I have received several calls from this number, and have ignored them all until today.  I called back the number and dialed "0" for the operator.  I very nicely explained that I was receiving calls from this number and understood it was a promotional offer.  She confirmed.  I simply told her that I spoke with a representative once and let them know I was not interested at this time.  The operator asked me if I asked the representative to remove my number, because the number is automatically dialed by a machine every so many hours.  I told the operator I was unaware I needed to do so and asked if she would be able to do that for me.  She was very nice when I approached it in this manner.  She told me this had been done and that I should not be receiving anymore calls, which is a relief.

REPEAT CALLS NEVER SAY ANYTHING WHEN I SAY HELLO

This number calls me numerous times and usually no one says anything..however, one time a guy tells me I need to take the cruise that I paid for in 2006..I did not!!  The calls have become very
harrassing. Our family is very tired of this and would like for it to stop!!

I receive 20 calls a week on my home & cellular lines. Today, they called & requested my credit card number telling me that the cruise I went on last yr had not been paid. No we all know, certainly I could not have sailed if the crusie cost was not paid in full. God forbid you go over your spending on say Carnival. They change your room key code so you are unable to get in without first going to the Purser & rectifying. They literally threatened me for my CC Info & my address. I IMMEDIATELY called my sister who is a travel agent & she told me to call the police & tell them because that it's utter fraud!
BEWARE of this Company & do not give them ANY of your information.

I also receive multiple calls a day from this company. My advice to everyone if you can do it, answer the phone and stay on the line as long as you can without buying anything. Distract them with questions about the weather, their hobbies, favorite color, whatever you can find to talk about. If you have spare minutes on your cell phones, call them back and again keep them on the phones as long as you can. For a company like this, minutes are money and the more minutes we can waste for them, the more money they lose in addition to time they can't spend calling to bother other people. This company ripped me off $400 for a supposed "free cruise" (they told me I had 3 years to use it, and after 18 months called me to tell me the time frame expired), and I appreciate any help I can get from everyone in making sure that $400 is not profit for them.

Thats BS, I have plenty of money (make over 6 digits)  that has nothing to do with them not talking, its an autocaller, its a scam and its illegal to bother people on DNC and in certain states when they say not interested it is illegal to try and rebuttal.  Get your facts straight... if you have registered on DNC go here to complain
