Caribbean cruise lines called and said they took over for ramada inn and resorts for some vacation to florida and the caribeean we got suckered into paying $800. then the lady on the other end left some nasty messages after i hung up when she told me to hold. even if the whole thing was legit, her customer relation skills leave a lot to be desired.  i got suckered once, not again. i think the police should get involved.

Multiple calls during the day; hang up when one answers calls or they laugh and hang up. Very unprofessional individuals. We need to contact the Attorney General's Office to report this abuse.

Call them back, and have them remove you from their calling list. I just did...hopefully the 3 calls with no answer a day will now end.

I called his house and actually got his wife(?) who put him on.  I un-politely asked him to quit calling, he took my number, and the calls have stopped.  It's only been three days though, so I think I'll wait another week or so to be sure.  Anyway, thanks again for doing the research.

Looking at these records and calls it was in 2008 well he or she is back it is now 2010 and I'm getting the calls everyday!

Solution People:  Call 1-800-869-2387 (toll free) Dial 0 for the operator and ask her to take your number off the list. Apparently my number was previously owned by a woman who wanted a free cruise and these [***] didn't get the memo that my number is on a no-call list. But that should take care of it, so we'll see, if not I'm filing charges.

I just recently got a call from this number--which--after looking it up---ti appears to be a telemarketing system. who makes calls for unknown to us companies,  If this happens again I will turn it over to the National Better Business Bureau in Fort Lauderdale, FL. These calls will not be tolerated.

incidentally  the person who is listed on this is a Brett Zimmerman who supposedly is the president.  of course that could have changed within the last few minutes

Call your credit card company and stop payment    also call the Better Business Bureau and your states attorney regarding this.  Apparently  if enough of us do so they will be investigated and stopped. Also because it crosses states lines there may be some state and federal laws broken. Yes it is coming out of Florida

A friend has called the FCC !  According to what he says if the calls come more then once and they have been told not to call again it apparently is considered harrassment

They say I bought a trip numberous years ago that I have never been on and wants to charge me more to use it....I said NO then they replied they will charge it on my credit card anyway.  now I have to alert all my credit card companys because I do not know what they have.  If you call their number back they state they cannot transfer my call and hang up.  They are ripping people off and causing people anxiety.  Why is this allowed when I see on the internet many people are complaining.  They did not care that they were going to be reported.  I will not stop here!

They have called and said we owe them $800 from an outstanding vacation package that I purchased back in 2005...Asked them to send the contract that I signed with the statement of account...they said I would get the statement of account when I pay.  I said I don't pay no one without proof.  Told them not to call anymore.  They have kept calling and I called the RCMP and Florida State Police and filed a complaint.  I also looked them up on the Florida Better Business Bureau and it wasn't glowing results in fact they gave BESM Inc an F.

To those who are under the misconception that these calls will  stop when you request their names be taken off from their call list are highly & sadly mistaken. Sorry to say that but, I have asked and told them repeatedly to do so but, still the calls come in several times a day. Unfortunately they feel they can call when-ever they please.

who-ever thinks this is not a telemarketing thing associated with BESM is sadly mistaken.Check it out for yourselves! Apparently they would like people to believe they are not.

So I contacted Joan at Carribbean Cruise Line at 1800-221-8200 and told her of Mr Zimmermans calls to so many people. She says she does know him but did not know he was making these phone calls. She said she would report it to a supervisor and thanked me for reporting this. They said they were unaware that he was making these phone calls. Caribbean Cruise Lines address is 531 SE 5th Ct., Pompano Beach, FL 33060. Fax # 954-331-4185. That would be a good place to complain to. Maybe if they get as many calls and faxes as we have it may come of something.

THEN THEY GIVE YOU A SLEW OF FALSE INFORMATION AND BONDED NUMBERS, WEB SITES, AND THEN THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO PAY THE $59.00 PORT FEES TODAY, AND NEED YOUR CARD NUMBER. THEY ARE VERY SLICK AND PROFESSIONAL CON ARTISTS .
