They've called 3 times back to back all from different numbers...none of which are their regular numbers that are listed online. Also called 4 times from blocked number and only 1 message!! I don't have an account with them.

       Sovereign Bank sold car loans to them and they abuse the credit system
they call at all hours of the night even yesterday a legal holiday, they call on Sundays up to 9pm at night. Someone needs to seriously slap them with a hot lawsuit, they call under various numbers to disguise who they are and up to 20 times per day. Even though you are up to dat they call to remind you, that you have a payment due in 7 days

My loan was originally through CitiAuto Financial. They of course sold this loan to SANTANDER CONSUMER FINANCE about 2 years after I got the loan. I was out of work and Citiauto Financial had made arrangements with me (a contract) in which they lowered my payment to about half of the original amt for 6 months. Of course, about 3 months into it my loan got sold. Of course like the rest of you I receive numerous calls from different numbers and it is them. I no longer answer the calls or sometimes I will answer the call and mute it or turn the music up so loud that it hurts their ears. Getting me a whistle as well.

I did talk to one guy and explained that I needed my payment set back to the original date for payment. He proceeded to tell me that he could not do that b/c it can only be done once. I said I didn't change the date you did so it needs to be changed back to the 21st of each month not the 1st.  I politely added  then my payment will continue to be 15 days late. Also, told him that he should be thankful that he is getting a payment at all. Asked which country he was calling from...he said I am American. I said I didn't ask you that I asked what country you were calling from he again said I am American. I then said well when you can learn to understand English then call me back and hung up. I did not hear from them for about a week and then it started again. The whole phone calls all the time started when my payments were put back to original state.

I do know they can not call you after 9pm. and it was my understanding that they are not allowed to call cellphones.

It is Santander looking for money. I never answer. They call from 10 different numbers.

This number is Santandar. They call me three times a day. Granted yes, I am late on my payment, but, I  lost a lot in Irene, including my home and my job. They don't care. I had to call on my boyfriends home number to try to get more time, and now they are calling him non-stop as well. I lost my home and job in Irene, and I am so sick of this. Like my life isn't hard enough right now. They can have the stupid car back. I don't even give a damn anymore.

I keep getting calls from this number it must the Santander omg I am only late by 5 days.  I hate this company they dont cut you any slack at all. I have to borrow the moeny from my brother just to pay them. EGH!!!!!

Got a call from this number. They did not leave a voicemail. within a few minutes I got a call from a 888 phone number. I believe it is Santander or another debt collector.

Yup... I'm only late by a week and had planned to pay for two months. They stopped harassing my husband and added me to the harassment list since he won' pick up his phone

This is santanders strong arm tactic number.  they will tell you that your late payment was not received trying to get you to pay last month nad current month...and when they all post your way ahead...no than you.

they wil also tell yo that they need immediate payment at that momont.  i advised the called thy this wa a hostile tactic and that a superviisor is now needed to calm things down.... make sure you keep them both on the line    advise them that the call is now being recorded for customer sevice comparasionand and possible hard line tactics that will be reproted to the credit comission,  they will quick change their song and dance.......  know your rights..

I am on my last payment and requested a payoff.  This is supposed to be good through 10/22 but they (Santander USA) call relentlessly several times a day ever since I requested the payoff amount.  I wll be very happy to be through with them.  I don't know why HSBC sold my loan, I always paid on time.

They farm their calls out to different people with different numbers.

Santandar..looking for my best friend. I use to answer and tell them not to call me here but they have not heeded my request. They know this isn't her number and I have told them more than once I will not be passing along any of their  messages.

This firm has to be scum. I will never do business with them.

They can keep calling me and I will keep  not giving her their messages.

I get this number 5-8 times a day.  This is a business and we do not have anything to do with bill collectors. They wait til I answer then hang up. What a waste of time, I consider this harassment.

they sure the heck do! they call and leave me a voicemail then call back in the same day and leave two more.... they call all day everyday even when there's a check in the mail and it's only 1 day late... they're extremely rude and when I bring all this up to a manager they say "well this is how they conduct their business" .... so they know they are pushing their limits... today I spoke to another "manager" who advise that if we write a cease and desist letter advising to only contact by mail that this is the only way to stop the calls .... this will include calls to co-workers, relatives and old references I was assured...
