Repeatedly receive a call from this number. I understand the call center is in India trying to collect on Credit Card debit.

I get a call  twice a week and nobodys there  when i answer today I called it right back it says were sorry you have reached a number that has been disconnected how can that be ?  This is very annoying its been going on too long.

P.S.I dont owe any debt on a credit card who is mci communacations?

My husband got a call from this number . Some guy was trying to get our credit card number saying that we won a $400 gift card from walmart. He even said that he is calling from wal-mart office in bentonville. Unfortunately our greed took over and we ended up giving our credit card number. But after 10 mins we realized that we were scammed and cancelled our credit card. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!

I got  a call from this number today early this morning I did not answer but when I went home for lunch they called again and I answered I kept saying hello and it was strange a female mocked me by saying hello hello just what I had said then a a man with a very strong accent starting talking to me could not understand him all I  said was no thank you and hung up,  Very strange.

someone called me from this number and gave me a death threat last night at 5 pm. twice they asked for me by my first and last name and when i asked who this is they said "you're dead a**h*l*", i said that's funny, i keep drawing breath, and they repeated "you're dead a**h*l*" so i reported it to the police. How do you find out who it really is calling from this number? i take a death threat seriously!

Thick Indian accent. Said he was calling from JP Morgan Chase and that he wanted to send me information on a Webinar for marketing. I tried to get more info out of him (like how he got my work number) and he just hung up on me.

called, hardly understand the guy. he said something about if we want to lower our mortgage from 5 1/2  to 2 1/2 percent. i said not interested and hang-up the phone

Got a call from this number on 5/21/2010.  Very heavy foreign accent.  Sounded like something regarding a debt issue.  I don't have any debt issues, so I hung up.  Gotta be a scam of some kind.

Called my cell phone.no message.

I'm pretty sure this is a phishing scam and guerilla debt collectors.  The former to gain more information about you from the public information they already have.  The latter not caring if the name of the debtor is actually the individual they're speaking to.  The number came up as New Jersey.  Caller had a strong accent (not New Jersey accent) and said his name was John White.  He said the call was for a credit card, of a type I've never had.  They had my name and last 4 of SS, both of which are public information.  When I wouldn't confirm the SS number, he hung up on me.

Call and hang up several times.

i received a call from this 9737355438 saying the were with Microsoft Corp and my computer was having a virus and they wanted to clear up the problem. Wanted me to trouble shoot the problem.  I haven't used my computed in over a month so, I don't know why they would be calling me.  fishy

I actually called this number back and they wanted to know if I wanted a payday loan and to verify my bank info, lol! I hung up on him! But, what's scary is he knew my first and last name, caller ID says Newark, NJ. Be careful! They just want your bank info, [***]!

Got a call from this number at work, claiming to be the US Postal Service.  She wanted to know about what kind of mail machine we use.  I got rid of her quickly.  Don't know what kind of info she was "phishing" for, but a total waste of time among other things.

Got a phone call from this number. When I didn't recognize the voice (foreign) and when he said 'good evening' when it was clearly afternoon I hung up, without saying anything besides the first 'hello?'. Phone rang seconds later from a 3-digit number, I ignored it and the same voice left a very raunchy voicemail. I hope he doesn't have any info on me besides my phone number because the voicemail was very disturbing!!

Received this phone number on my Tracfone - When I answered the woman ask for me by my first name.  I told her she had the wrong number - woman had an accent and could not pronounce my name right.  This is the first time I got this number on my Tracfone.  I want it to be the last.

Received a call from an Indian accent person who advised me he was calling from Microsoft.  Reported that Microsoft was getting error messages from my computer and I needed to open the explorer icon and enter the following web site:  www.sapling.co.cc. and then select "live help" for them to access my computer and delete the viruses that were causing the errors in my computer.  That if I do not do this, my computer and data would disapear.  Since he said he was from Microsoft and the web site he advised to go to was not Microsoft, I was very suspicious to go to the web site or proceed further.  I kept asking what happens after I enter this address and what happens after I click on live help.

Be aware, do not give remote access of your computer to any obscure caller.

we had the same thing at my job. every day for the past 2 weeks this 973-735-5438 number calls - they actually identify themselves as working for the US Postal Service and say they are conducting a survey about our postal usage. I asked 3 times today "Are you with th Post Office?" and the man (with an indian sounding accent) said "Yes we are working for the US Postal Service in Washington DC" - is it illegal to identify yourself as a US Postal Worker if you are not?  not that anyone will ever actually find these people - i also called the number back and there was the same recording many other people heard "the number you are calling has been diceconnected or is no longer in service"

I got the same song and dance from this a**holes today too. When he said my PC had a virus, I laughed and told him and told him I didn't have one. (I have a Mac) he immediately hung up.
