it was dell collecting on a unpaid credit card asked the gentleman to hold on as he called at a bad time,i promised him i was just putting the phone down for a minute , when i went back to the phone,the gentleman had hung up,i can't call back because the called id says 999 999 9999?

I guess they are from some kind of program which automated calls just to annoy people. I got them EVERY DAY twice at almost the same time. Let's find out who the [***] and prosecute them.

i got a text from this number, this is what it read,

"mommy, please dont kill my little bother or sister... addi."

my daughters name is addi and im pregnant.

this number appear too many time on my phone and not one awnser when you pick up

Whomever is running this site whether it be FTC or FCC.
For each nuisance call they be fined $10K a clip & it'll stop fast.
Just terrible that they're doing to the many respectable descent.
Shut them down & throw them in jail is the best solution.

I keep on getting these 9999999 numbers on my cell phone bill but theirs thing i never pick up the phone. there was a call for 78 minutes i need help.

RECEIVING 999-999-9999 TELEPHONE NUMBERS

I get calls from this numbers at least 3 times a week - always when I am not home. No one ever leaves a message but the caller id says Sun Loan Corporation.  I do not have a mortgage with this company nor do I owe them any money.

If these idiots are looking for easy money, call the White House in DC, that's where the money tree is......or just maybe they can get a swinging deal on a new SUV while they're at it?

Anyone who calls with a caller ID 999-999-9999 has got to be a crazy (5150)
Anyone that answers a call from a 999 number needs to be evaluated.

Ok Just now a man, maybe indian or something called me on my cell and he knew my name. I said i did not know anyone named stephanie... (which is my name) i am really freaked out what do I do????

i got a call of this goofy number asking me if AJ Moore was there.. the guy couldnt pronounce Moore... im not worried about it. Its some goofy skype people probably. All i heard was people talking in the back ground.

well when the number 999-999-9999 calls me it my husband from jail.

My mother has been receiving nasty voicemails from an unknown number. She brought it to my attention and I went to trapcall.com. with this service it is supposed to unmask the unknown number and once you receive the call, your phone will immediately call that number back. That number called, and it revealed that the number was 19999999999. ??. I have no idea what that number means, my first thought is maybe this piece of %$@* is calling from a payphone?? I did a test trial on the trapcall program and it does work, as I called my mothers phone unknown, immediately afterwards, my mothers phone began calling my phone back.

I started receiving calls from a Blocked ID several days ago, all at 7:15pm and then again at 8:15pm for three nights in a row, then one at 8:00am on the 4th day, now totaling three calls a day. when I answer they hang up. So,I installed calltrap on my cell to trace the calls. when I checked the loggs it said the calls were from 999-999-9999. I have no clue who it is, and you are not able to call the number back.

Maybe someone can answer this question about the 999-999-9999 phenomena. I can understand that people are using some sort of hack to disguise their actual number and inserting a dummy, but why when I actually call this number do I get the 911 emergency operator in my state? I live in Arizona...does 999-999-9999 just naturally default to 911, because even when I manually enter this number and call it puts me through to 911.

It is so strange.

Just recieved a call at 3.02pm from 999-999-9999 on my cell phone, no caller ID. I have family who live abroad so I thought it might be a strange foreign exchange so I answered it. As soon as I said hello, it hung up.
No messages, no one on the other end. Call cannot be completed when I dial it back. Strange, as I never get any collection or telemarketer calls.
