if you get constant calls from [***],do what I did and get a cheap fax machine. when they call turn it on, after a few calls with the fax answering they stop calling. when you go to bed leave it on all night, you probably have caller ID so if its importnt you can call back

i keep recieveing calls from this number 999-999-9999. i dont anwser unknown calls...what id like to know is how they got my cell phone number. they call me once a day almost every day for the last week, im so sick of it!

19999999999 is a collect agency called NARS. I got a call at work. The real # is 866-869-5502. They called the day before on the 866 # and did not say anthing, just confirming #. They have called work twice now. Will not answer any calls from either #. They were told not to call me again, but still do.

i received a call just 10 mins ago...the caller id was 19999999999...the caller identified herself as Kathy and that she was calling from M.E.A. Elk Grove patient services and she said "before i can give you more details about your visit, i need to verify your date of birth and address" i told her i dont recall going to any place with that name (i actually live close to the elk grove!)and i asked why she was calling me...to which she repeated the same statement and i refused. She hung up. What a SCAM!

yeah got their call 999-999-9999 and picked up....not knowing anything about the movie or meaning....no answer...just a hang up
second time they asked for my mom and her full name....anyone know how to report or do something about it cuz it annoys the crap out of me

How the heck do you get rid of this caller?  I get the calls frequently on my CELL phone!  I don't answer it because I'm on prepay and refuse to spend my minutes on some prankster.  I have my phone on the no call list but it doesn't stop this person!  What can I do?

We have been receiving 999-999-9999 calls two to three times a day for the past month, or more.  The call has a recording which cites my husband and my full names, and says to punch one to talk to a representative to our home loan company.

Rather than speak to a representative, my husband called our loan company directly.  They told him they have received many complaints about this number.  Apparently when you press one, you are dialed into a foreign country, where every moment you speak with a "loan" representative costs an arm and a leg, not to mention much more, should you give them your credit card, loan account and bank numbers.

BEWARE the 999-999-9999 number.  I reported the call to the no-call list people, as well as to our phone company.  If you get caught by this number, call your phone company to report it, and any charges will be dropped from your bill.

Who is this calling me

This is harrassment and I want it stopped.

My buddys got this number. One of them said he had a static noise and the other one just said that he missed it. Pretty weird that there are different stories about this number.

I keep receiving phone calls from 1-999-999-9999.  I put it on my phone's "blocked number list", so it will go straight to voicemail, but they never leave a message.  This is really starting to annoy me.

I have been phone calls non stop this past week, up to 6-10 times a day. No one is on the other end. I try to call back and it says the call can't go through. It is very annoying & is starting to piss me off and of coarse t-moble has no way of blocking the #. They just want to charge me 15 bucks to change my number

Never answered a call from that number and they never left a message.  But they called every day for about a week.  Haven't had one from 999-999-9999 in a couple of months now.

I just got a call like that I called it back they said, this number is incorrect hang up and try ur call again. Its credit card collectors guaranteed.

Once a day for 2weeks on cell phone.

got TWO calls from this number today on my cell,, didn't answer either one.  i called it from my work phone and an automated voice said that "the call cannot be completed as dialed" .

I have gotten 17 of these calls from 999-999-9999. I have not answered any of them and they have left no message for me to call them back. I have been told that this could be a scam and I am not wanting any extra charges on my phone. I really wish they would stop calling me any ideas on how to get them to stop?

I had a friend (name not to be mentioned) who had a program he and a friend made together. This program allowed you to call from any phone number but it would change the number on the other's caller id to anything they wanted. They called a friend and it came up Emergency 911 on his phone. Obviously 911 does not make calls, just receive. Now as a joke between friends this isn't harmful, but if used to call and make phony debt collector calls etc it could be very bad. So as a warning to all of you, it doesn't matter what the phone number is, call that person back before making any payments to anyone or givin ANY information!!!

I have been getting calls from this number for the past two days.
I am not planning to pick up the call so they can call until they get tired.

I'm receiving calls 5-6 times a week from a restricted number and on my Verizon webpage it displays the number (999) 999-9999, whereas it usually displays the actual call # even if it is restricted. Every time it sounds like a very distraught person asking for Mike, I tell he/she that they must have the wrong number, but they act as if they don't believe me.
