This sounds like the taliban trying to scrape money together by phone scamming

same thing happen to me..whats wrong with these people. I was stupid enough to pay them now they are calling back. I didnt know it was a fraud

I got the same message. Report the call to the attorney General's Office as it is a scam.

You need to contact the police and your bank ASA before they ruin your credit and run up thousands of dollars in charges.

I got a call from 0000 today and spoke to a guy with thick indian accent said i owed money to usa cash advance and they said im being sued and that i could settled. I told him i never heard of that company. I told him let whoever know they can sue me, but be ready for a counter. Then he transferred me to another guy with a indian accent that sounded like he was drunk. He started asking to speak to my supervisor about me owing money. I told him that is illegal to discuss my matters with my supervisor and I didnt even authorize that. He started yelling and I laughed and told him send me all your documentation, asked for his contact info and he hung up.

I got the same called from "0000" and said I owed cash advace company etc., they been kept calling all day so I finally pick up I couldn't really understand at first because he have a thick Indian accent... I ask them if this was true I wanna see some paper but he denied and said that can't happen..All he kept saying was I have to pay or else I was going to face the court. I didn't even know the cash advanced company or load but they make it's seem so real by saying ur last SS# and threating you.

I have had the same thing happen to me, today I was told that they are going to take me to court for a loan that I never took out?! Bring it on I guess!!

im from New Zealand and ive just got a call from the caller id 0000 it is somthing like star shout that makes you pay the call charges, it was a guy who said that it was john key and said i better f**king anwser how matture seriously? grow up boys.. and realise i can get the number traced.

I have received several of these...from OOOO and other numbers...Today I gave them my attorney's name and number....My state's attorney name and office number

I got a call from this person saying it was a legal matter and If I dont get this settled by tomorrow it will go to court.  He even went so far as to say he had my employeers number and that he would be calling him also to let him know about this matter.  Same type of deal saying I owe them money.  I told them to go ahead.

I received the call and they left a vm from a guy I could barely understand. Called back and they said that they were with the Department of Crime Prevention then when I called it back again they told me they were the Office of Crime Prevention. Number is 661-241-0518

Omg I got the same call asking for money for so cash loan company that I never heard of. And now asking me for money or it will go to court I called the 866 # goes to a message and the I got a call from the 866# that sorry they missed my call and they said they are from so warehouse. It's all a [***] scam....stupid [***]

I have been getting similar messages...if you have "ever" applied for a loan online they have your information and try to get you settle out of "court".  I called my attorney about it...he was going to call the number back, but, also told me to call the police and report it...I also have a number from Washington State...206-424-7273 that was left to call back an Officer Paul Fernandez as well as many of the numbers you are referencing.  It is a total scam!!!

I received a call from this number 16 times yesterday and they called my work. This agency is harrasing and annoying. How do I stop these calls? Someone please help!

Man the exact same people just called me 15 times.lol like they have nothing else better to do. I finally answered and it this indian accent woman on the other line and she jumps right into script.lol so I thew some questions her way (just for fun) and she got stumped.lol She got so stumped that she begin reading the script word for word all over again....come on now word for word....sureeeee. So I just hung up. She proceeds to call me a couple more times so since she was annoying me I figured I would do the same. I answered in my Haji voice ( johnny quest) or for the younger readers...Aboo ( simpsons) and begin repeating everything back to her lmao but replacing my name with hers. she actually hung up on me! [***] idiots.lol

Yes I agree and they used to call from different number they are Indian or something . they told me I owed money and I paid 450.00 for that then after 8 months they called again and they said I owe a second loan >>I said no way and he said good luck when police pick you up lol. so many times they called and finaly I told them keep calling me because my phone is connected with police department then they stopped. I HATE THEM

I am getting the same kinds of calls here at my work and on my cell.  Guy with a very thick accent saying the same exact thing.  Today he wanted to speak to my supervisor and when I told him she was not around, he said he would call back.  They will use names of our former presidents like, Jimmy Carter or more common names like, John Smith and well, they do not sound like no John or JImmy.  These calls have been going on for quite some time now and are SCAMMERS!  Their tactics are to scare and harrass an individual until they wire money.  Next time they call you tell them that you have notified the police department or District Attorney's office.  The last time I did, he cussed me out.

I answered the phone, when 0000 called, he said that the state of california was pressing charges on me for bussiness fraud.  He then asked me not to interrupt him as he read the documentation,   Unforunately I could barely understand this guy cuz of his thick indian accent.   I hung up the phone on him and he called me right back 0000#again.  Then he called again on a 1-000-0, I know it was him because he left me a voicemail,

it states  "Elisa, young lady, you have angered me when i was explaining to you, I can not bother with it anymore. We were explaining this case we will take this case in legal matter, we will finally registar your at the superior court house in california."

He seemed extermly dominant-like when  he talked.    I know I haven't done anything wrong LOL I don't even live in california.  WTF? Yep LOL   And anyways if i was in trouble with the law they would have notify me by mail or certified mail if I was required to appear in court.

I Randomly got a call yesterday at around 6:01 pm when i was at home. The number was 540-446-3650...idk but When i answeard it was a black guy sayin: Ive heard youve been talkin alot of [***]..names joe *I could hardley hear hes name* Than he said something like You better not [***] with me...Didnt know him.. So I was at school and he called 3times in class, had my phone on vibrate. Finnaly got home and called me right when I sat down. hung up and it had a voice message saying the EXACT thing he said befroe! eventually later on that day he called my house phone! how was he able 2 get it?! Now Im getting calls From completly random numbers with the same voice/*Recording* on each call! Can anyone help me with this? Idk were 2 go with this.

i also recived this call at 7:30am from 000-000-0000 very odd number but i think that number is a scam dont pick up the phone when you see that number cause they will charge you money.
