How can they even have a service which permits them to "show" 0000 as their number?
Recorded message about solar panels-Govt giving them away again, *yawn*. Surprised the country is carpeted by the things now, such has been the 'generousity' of various Governments.

I got a call from +00 and I answered it but no one said any thing so I hung up but I want to know if the numbers +00 and +0000 can be blocked because I've been getting calls from both

Just had a call from 0000 he was foreign & there was lots of noise in the background. He said he was calling about the car accident I had last week ? .... that'll be the one I clearly haven't had!!

Called said something about ppi and when I replied I don't have any he hung up

This was apparently a call from Windows claiming that there were technical issues with my home computer and after giving me a long reference identity they asked me to switch my computer on.  I suspected this was a scam to gain access to my computer and declined.

Got a call today from an Indian sounding gentleman who said he worked on behalf of Microsoft to inform customers of updates and upgrading to Windows 10. When I asked what company he works for (because I really don't believe MS are outsourcing or calling their customers on numbers they don't have access to) he rambled, said an unintelligable company name which started "F1... umbubbmedd" and when I told him I really wasn't interested, he said "**** you ****hole" before hanging up. Not a call to really be taken seriously, likely prank or scam. Just hang up.

Just got call on mobile from +00 00 after the landline rung an whomever hung up. My number is private not listed then not long after rang my mobile!!!?????

My daughter Dorothy Valenzuela-Helsing bought Lumia 640 as a gift for me. When I use it I found out that this phone has no provision for phone book or names of contact. What shall I do? Don't know if it's all from the same company, but I'm tired of this! Call the cell phone (a number I've only given to close family) every day, sometimes 4 x a day. Today it was just twice, but they have called EVERY day this week. They do not leave a message, and the first digits change with every call.

I recieved the same +0000 but I didn't pick up

Got a call from 0000...very strange because my phone number is permanently diverted to my computer via Skype....first time in 2.5 years that my phone has made a ringtone. So this strange number bypasses the diversion. Any idea on how that is possible? Heard a voice for a second and then it was gone. I have an Australian number but am overseas.
