I got 2 calls from this number in 30 minutes.  I answered and no one was there.  I tried to call back and it would not go through.  This has happened on several other occasions.

Tried to sell me on the BeAnywhere remote desktop. Run from a USB she said. I told her I was not interested at this time. She was very polite and said ok have a nice day sir.
I think with this number > 000-000-0000, they are cloning or hiding the actual phone number from us on our caller ID. This is something new and it seems to be going on more and more with these types of calls. I say dont answer them unless you want to be sold something you probly dont need in the first place.

I got a call from 000-000-0000, I picked up the phone , and caller dropped the call right away. I am worrying that it is not an identity theft.

Today's calls from this number were from "Limoges Porcelain in France".  (See also the 0003072151002 number).

Said they want to speak to (my wife's name), when I ask they say they're calling from Limoges Porcelain in France (but sounding like an Indian call centre, not French). And they call again and again, not just to my number but to lots of people in this area.

If you leave the phone so they get the answer machine, they stay silent and don't leave a message.

I get the same number when Blockbuster calls to tell me my movies are late. It's normally just a recording.

I get numerous calls from these idiots! The only good thing is that I don't hear them calling as my phone can block individual numbers, lol.. ( Panasonic KX-TG8421E) Get one and you needn't be bothered more than once by these a**holes!

The caller waited until after I said Hello twice, took a deep breath,
exhaled - then hung up the phone. It was creepy. No sales pitch etc...

I just got like 10 calls from this stupid phone number that calls literaly every 5 seconds then I picked it up and no one answered

I have been receiving calls from 0000000000 on a daily basis.  I do not answer the calls and they don't leave any messages.

Got a call from 000.000.0000 on Fri. 1/22/2010. The lady started off with is there anyone in the house over 21. I answered is this a sales call, and she assured me that she was not selling anything. She then went on with a question. Then I asked if this was a survey and she said yes. My reply was Please loose my number and hung up. Haven't recieved another.
I do agree that it is a USB port call.

BTW: she identified herself from California Health and Human services

I get these calls too.  Just do not answer them,ever.  Turn your phone off at night if they call at night.  Eventually they will realize that no one picks up that phone and it will be bumped from the system.

ive been getting calls from this 000-000-0000 number on my phone. they have been harassing me and leaving me nasty voicemails what should i do!!!????

when i try to call back i get a person asking me why i called. its a different person every time. its super annoying!!

I've had this number call my cell phone at least 2x a day for the last week, leaving no message. HARASSMENT in my book, but no recourse since I don't answer. Caller ID spoofing should be illegal!

I just got a call from this number, they have been calling my cell for few weeks but its usually off, but I got it on my house phone this time. I'm confused at how they can get a number that is not listed in any phonebook. I am with Vonage so it works over my internet connection. I did answer it, it was a recording that told me I had won a cruise. I answered it to see if I could yell at someone to stop calling but figured it wouldn't happen as it was a recording so I hung up quickly.

I find it very annoying that people like this can phone and harass people and enjoy it for a job!

Rec'd one of those calls today - it was from Heart Check asking if I wanted a free heart scan.  I found their website and called them - they ARE running a promo for selling their scans (listen to what all they can do and then get a free heart scan "Coronary Artery Scan").  They're using a marketing firm in the Philippines which is why nothing comes thru on called ID. Sooooooooo, my guess is that telemarketing firms selling all kinds of things these notes have mentioned are located in the Philippines and are who've been calling ... one more thanks to BUSH for outsourcing all our jobs!

The 000-000-0000 has to be the most annoying caller on this planet.  I answered once and they said it was some kind of survey...told them my mother wasn't home.

For the last two weeks I have been getting calls from 000-000-0000 when it is picked up by the machine or by me or my wife no one would say anything. That is until just about five minutes ago. I didn't say anything when I picked it up, and after a few seconds a man said hello. I said what do you want. He ask to speak to my wife I said no. who are you and why are you calling. He said he was with Time Warner cable and they are having a special offer. I have told them in the past not to call here with promotions. I said let me make this very clear to you do not call this number with promotional offers. I should report them this time to the FCC but I will give them one more call. If it happens again I will report them. What makes them think I would do business with someone the uses 000-000-0000 for caller ID. If Time Warner is using these Bozo's for promotions they are the big looser.
