I have had numerous calls from this number.  I've never answered to scared I'll be automatically connected to some expensive scam.  Does anyone know the best way to block it?

I got a call from this number 000-000-00 at 6:13 P.M. on 1-26-2011 it was a guy with a accent and he left a message on my machine saying he worked for a legal service and I was being sued and to call him back but he never left a number to call him back so I guess the next step is to call the attorney general office and see what can be done they called me with only 8 numbers how can they do that I am saving all the numbers I get and the time they call and report it now. I am tired of it if it don't stop than I will get my number changed.also I saved all the messages I get.

I was getting calls from 000-000-0000 for the last few months and a man with a heavy accent and alot of noise in the background called and told me I better call him back or else and he left no number. I have no received a call in about a month and then boom today at lunch they called,I dont answer becasue he sounds like a nut case!

I started getting these calls on my personal cell phone a couple of years back.  It started out that I would get them once every couple of weeks and I would always ignore it thinking it was some sort of bogus "hide-your-caller-ID" thing.  Then things got to the point of harassment because the calls started coming every week, then every day. If I answered there was just breathing and then someone would hang up. If I did not answer there would be no message left.  What finally pushed me over my limit was the day that I was getting the calls every hour on the hour and sometimes as often as 15 minutes apart.  I called my cell phone provider to ask them for assistance and unfortunately because the number comes up as 000-000-0000 even for them they could not trace the call to find out who was behind it or even block it as it was not a valid number. In the end they offered to change my phone number for free and gave me another unlisted number.  I have never had another call from this number since - a giant pain to change my phone number and give out my updated contact info but far better than getting calls at 4am, 4:30am etc.

i got two calls from 000-000-0000 10 minutes apart. the first one called and i answered hello and they answered in a whisper "hello hello" and thats all they said. the second time they called there was no answer. i also got a call from fax machine at the school at 8pm and they said that they wanted me because i told them we were going for a party. i never said that. wtf?

Third party software on your computer (through your modem if you have one).  I use a U.S.B. modem which came with answering software, but I found "Phone Tray Free" online, and now use that to block telemarketers, since C.R.T.C can only regulate Canadian calls.  If anyone finds out this is a Canadian number, they are breaking the law, by displaying a non-originating number, or one that cannot be called back. (they have to choose one of those in Canada)

I just got the same call?  that really ticks me off

i got that number (000-000-0000) and it was from COMBINE INS  WANT MY 16 YR OLD SON to continue  his insurance my passed mother started and they was told to cancel it .

I see that this guy doesn't bother just Greece, however some more countries as well. My Grandma saw the number and decided not to answer, but we have been called several times from that guy.

Does anybody know what this all about is?

I got this call the first time on the 22nd of January. Again later on in the week. I got a call yesterday and then another two today. They've left two messages and both times its only a few seconds long with a scratchy sound and then the message ends. If this continues I'm going to change my phone number because this is ridiculous.

HAVE HAD 8 CALLS TODAY FROM THE ALL 0 NUMBER AND IT'S ONLY 6:50 PM......ONCE WHEN I ANSWERED THE BUTTON WERE BEING PUSHED AS IF CALLING ANOTHER NUMBER....HUNG UP IMMEDIATELY......ALSO HAD ONE GO INTO ANSWERING MACHINE WITH THE SIGH RECORDED.....WILL START WITH A COMPLAINT TO MY PHONE SERVICE .... IF NO HELP WILL CALL UNTIL I FIND A WAY TO GET THIS STOPPED...RIDICULOUS....

I got a call from this telephone number but I don't acutally talk to the person on the other end.  I'm thinking that maybe it's a telephone solicitor.  I don't know?

I have received about 8 calls TODAY from this number.  I am a consultant and basically own my own business and they are trying to sell me space on Google and other search engines to get my name on top.  I have told them every time I am not interested, but they wont stop calling.  They have never called before today, and I don't think we can block it since it's a sheilded phone number.

I keep getting 4-5 calls a day from +000-000-0000+ Balance Check.  No one is on the other line and there is no text message.  It is very annoying.  T-Mobile says it is NOT originating these calls (no money owed, or minutes overdrawn.

How is it even legal to have a 000 phone number?! More & more "compaies" are getting sued for harrasing people, this number should be on THAT list!

Turned off PrivacyDirector to see the number for these SOBs. 000-000-0000 was not very helpful. Might give them the "Airhorn Treatment" if they call again.
