So sick of companies hiding their phone numbers. They have our numbers so why shouldn't we have theirs.

I got a call from 0000000000 and the person on the other end repeatedly said "Hello? Hello?  Hello?" but wouldn't not respond to me.

i don't like it either where do i report this because this seems to be a threat to us when they call is this number a ghost or something because i never had this before and one time someone picked up the phone
noone is there i advise this to be reported because were also onthe do not call list and most of them are sales calls we were never interested in sales calls over the phone we told one person not to call and they don't know what are englishes is because they don't know when to stop calling and so i wrote every 1800 number and put it onthe do not call list our calls are not available at 8 o clock am to 10 o clock am and when i turn off the do not disturb because its gonna be inthe afternoon but one called and i hanged up in there face and put back on the do not call list i think all of yall should do the same and i reported one 1877 they call on sundays and they call the 4th time on sunday and so i reported to do not call list because we don't worship them on sundays we never do that so i reported that to the do not call list because we never worship anything.so all these calls are not accepted inthe mornings 8 to 10:30am and inthe afternoon from 2pm to 5:45pm and at night from 6pm to 9:30pm.and i feel awhole lot better but if they call i always hang up in there face and i turn back onthe do not disturb but my family calls but these 1800 numbers are ridiculous.for real.

Just called me for the first time at 5pm eastern time zone. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

its not a skype number its a scam companyy
if you do get a call hang up, dont try calling back aswel as its not going work

I get tis call several time a day STOP IT

I receive calls from this number with Mexican accents asking me many questions about my health and whether I have a residential phone or a Business phone, etc.  They call on Sundays and I keep telling them to never call back.  I have even told them that the State of California is so broke they can't afford to pay the state employees for working Fridays let alone double time on a Sunday and they just ignore my comments and keep asking personal questions.

THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE COLLECTING INFORMATION TO SELL.  Do not even tell them you have a residential phone or a business number.  If they were really from the State of California, they would get that information from the phone company.

The only thing you can do to stop this is to buy an aftermarket phone that sends unwanted calls to voicemail without ringing the phone.  000-000-0000 is not a real phone number!

I recieved a call from a 000 00 0000 number i just ignored it. thats kind of scary

After 3 days of calling from 000-000-0000 on my home phone I answered.  Ask for me by my full name.  I denied knowing I lived here, he stated my name again.  I ask what his name was.

I was so surprised when he told me and that he was from:  National State Republican Party that I hung up....

All search engines show invalid phone #.   I understand with software you can make what appears on My caller ID any thing some one wants.

Oh well......did not wish to speak with anyone,  which is why I have caller ID.   To return calls at my convince - like when I'm not trying to work...............

i just got the call today at 1:58 it freaked me out at first

I GOT A CALL TODAY AT 1:14PM AND THE NUMBER WAS 0000000000. A LADY NAME ASHLEY HUGHES LEFT A VOICE MESSAGE STATING THAT IT WAS VERY IMPORTANT THAT I NEEDED TO CALL HER BACK THE SAME DAY AS SOON AS I GET THE MESSAGE AND CALL HER AT HER DIRECT NUMBER 1 866 862 2787 EXT 3817. READING ALL THE OTHER PEOPLES COMMENTS REALLY HELP. AT LEAST I KNOW THAT THIS PERSON IS TRYING TO SCAM ME.

I did not answer it

for several I have been barraged by numbers like this; I look them up
it is always some blog or info like this site

All the phone company does is say I can change my number

has anyone been charged for 000-000-0000 calls on their shaw phone bill?

We get reoccurring calls from a company trying to sell something related to education.  It's usually early monrning calls on the weekend.  The display on our Caller ID is 000-000-0000.  We have anonymous caller rejection, however that doesn't work on the 000-000-000 incoming number.

We ask the caller to take our number off our list and that does nothing.  Today we asked for a supervisor and they said they would after we listened to their promotion (we did not).  They asked for our email address (we did not provide).  We asked for the name of the company and a phone number, they provided:

302-229-8864

The number is bogus and I've found nothing in Google for this company.

I'm just perplexed.  Our number in a non-commercial, home number physically located on private property.  We pay for the line.  Why is electronic trespassing any more legal than someone walking into my house uninvited?  Sorry for the rant - this is just very frustrating.

JUST UNPLUG YOUR LAND LINE PHONE and just use your cellphone, (BUT) (DO NOT CALL TOLL FREE NUMBERS) -(ever), your number shows up on there bill, and they turn around and (sell it), this is how you get these vicious telephonic sales solicitors

I've gotten the Same message only from a Male, I've gotten to the point of just (UNPLUGGING MY LAND LINE PHONE) that stops all the B.S. right there, and just use my cellphone, BUT   (DON'T CALL TOLL FREE NUMBERS)   YOUR NUMBER SHOWS UP ON THERE BILL AND THEY TURN AROUND AND SELL IT,  (THERE ARE NO MORE PAYPHONES NATIONWIDE DUE TO ALL THE INCOMPLETE 911 CALLS MADE FROM PAYPHONE)S.  So if you really get annoyed from obnoxious calls, do away with all communications,  then you won't ever be bothered again.
