On one occasion I was stranded & waiting for the tow truck & had been advised by my carrier that a call or text will be sent when the tow truck is on its way.   I drive allot & always have my blue tooth connected.  While waiting for 25 minutes my cell phone rang; of course, by this time I was getting impatient, so without looking at the number (my blue tooth doesn't give me caller ID) I answered it!  This "young guy" was trying to get information FROM ME!  I was rude & stated I'm not interested & you are interfering with MY day!  He was so......mad!!  He stated, "why are you so....rude"!  Then he hung up.  I then looked at the number & it was one of those 0000000 calls!

,i m having same problem .i am getting calls from a number which is invalid.when i say hello nobody's there and then a recorded voice says good bye.I m fed up now.Did u get to know about this number.

had a call from this strange number, they said they werent trying to sell me anything and wanted me to answer some questions (survey)
I told them i did not waste my time answering stupid surveys. They hung up before i could grab my whistle!!! I will get them next time.
Also had a cal from 00 The woman stated she was from windows head quarter and then went on about a virus on my PC sending error messages etc. I asked her what was the name of the firm she replied windows head quarters.
I said dont be daft no firm is called windows head quarters. I then asked her how this windows head quarters got my phone number and she hung up!
It seems that all phone calls from numbers containing all zeros are just not worth answering unless you have a whistle to blow down the phone!

12 noughts what kind of number is this it must be a scam never answer numbers I don't know no message left on answer phone have now blocked this number.

I've had a call from this number earlier. Didn't answer it, no message left. I think it's the devil trying to know why I'm not in the hell yet. LoL

Had 2 calls from this number today; one at 8am and a second at midday.  The line was bad on the first call so I just repeated hello hello and they hung up - vaguely heard something about calling from 'Windows' 2nd time they asked for my husband, I said wrong number and ended the call. No idea where they got my number as I never give out my landline!

the same person called me yesterday, the tel No! used was 0008001389084. Foreign voice gives his name as Francis. & gave the company name as NCC asked him what the full name is, said something about national consumer something, but garbled it out so fast i had to ask him to repeat, instead he just went into some spiel about this is not a sales call. Told him i am registered with the TPS, so he says i wont get any more calls. Yeah, and pigs may fly!!!!!!! These calls are so persistent and come at all hours of the day, from 8.15am up to 9.00pm at night. These type of calls have been happening for so long, and with such frequency, it makes me wonder if any powers that be actually do anything in trying to stop them.

i was told they were from london survey company in the philopines. rude when i wouldnt aswer there survey on cheaper gas/electric

I have had at least 4 calls from this number.  If I answer it is quiet for a few seconds then someone says 'goodbye'

Had the audacious gumption to call me asking I do a survey.  I asked him how much you pay me and they said nothing..told him iam not doing it..then he hung up on me. SOUNDED AMERCIAN awfull person

It's x girl friends stalking and they slapped something on your number in some cases hearing you while you're not on the phone calling from those zeros is a way to reactivate the listen device maybe they got a new phone or deactivated it I'm the pass
