You are (unintentionally or not) misleading people with your comments. I just received a text from this 4 digit "phone number". I searched Google and found this thread. Since I am the happy hubby and know what I am doing and not doing, I searched further. It turns out that when I recently added an app from Weather Underground (excellent radar maps by the way) I must have also agreed to received weather updates and alerts.
So, thanks anyway. My spouse also wants to thank you but I am sure the moderators would censor that part. Lol!
