I received a call from this number and aswered and it was some guy from some broker company from Hong Kong trying to sign me up to their membership etc.

Will not respond to this number again.

Yep just got one on my mobile.. i just let ring  and hung up...... another number going to my block list....

I just had a missed call from this number only a day after I received a call from family in America

The person on the other side sounded like someone from Africa.

I got a bit suspicious

Some people may use this number for bad, some might be using a "cheap international simple card".  My parents purchased such a simple card prior to travelling to Europe from Australia.  Its a simple card they have to dial a number first, then dial the number they wish to ring.  When they ring me back in oz, this is the number that comes up.

I will get an occasional call. Usually there is no one on the other end and I hang up.

This number has called my place of work every day foe 2 weeks...asking to speak to people and using their full names...when I say they aren't available and is there something I can help with they say they will call again and hang up. I have tried every time asking where they are calling from and they hang up. When you call it back it says the number is incorrect

got a call telling me that my bank had over charged me $7200 and some cents for fees and that they were from the Federal Government. They then asked me how I would like to receive my money, they gave me an address that was out of the phone book and when they asked for my DOB I gave them a false date and they did not know it was wrong.
I've had this sort of calls before and the managers names of Alan Jackson & Maria Edwards with an address of 2 Angel Pl, Pitt St Sydney NSW 2000 was exactly the same as the last attempted scam I had.
