call came from these american guys it was a scam they tried to get me to invest they wanted bank details they sent me paper work i got my lawyer to look over them and he said it was dodgy. when they rang it always came up as private number but this one time it didnt

I had a missed call from this number. I would not answer it beacuse it looked a dodge number.

I called my girl friend in Fiji and soon after I hung up ,the above mentioned number gave me a miss call...Before I could receive it the lines got dissconnected.
Whats hapening...

I keep getting missed calls from this number too. They didnt leave a message the first time. Called again twice again today and hung up after a couple of rings.

I have had a bit of international SMS activity (between Australia and Europe) in the last couple of days and I wonder if they're piggybacking in on messages I'm receiving to determine whether I have an active number.

I have received 2 missed calls - the phone rang really briefly before
going to 'missed . No message left, can't ring back. Like the caller above I SMS UK a lot and was worried it was someone in my family trying to get me. Both calls made 9.45pm

also just got to australia 3 weeks ago and have sent sms to uk.  seems like they are piggy backing.  cheeky [***]

i got a missed call from them this morning tried calling them and it said the number was incomplete and couldnt connect i have never sent an sms to the uk or anywhere overseas and i dont sign up to any subscriptions or give my number out

The above number called and I answered. Man on the phone sounded Middle Eastern with others in the background. He asked 'where are you?'...i repeated 'hello'...and then I hung up. Realised it was some weird phone call. Who are these people? What are they doing?

in Melbourne, I get these calls too on my UK mobile - mostly in the middle of the night. Been told that it is some sort of international cheap recall centre that has [***] up the transfer of a call from someone using one of those cheap call cards... source to be checked.

I am also getting this call - sometimes up to twice a day - has been happening for about two weeks. I don't make or receive any international calls or texts on my mobile.

i was asleep and they called me three time from two to three in the morrin they were talking some asain lanuage and were asking how i got this number i have never seen this number before and i asked them how they got my number but they did not answer me so i hanged up they rang me again two time i answered then hanged up straight away

when i answer the phone in the morrin a man was on the phone then he put a gril on the phone i am going to find out who they are?

I got a missed call from this number last night and didn't return the call coz the number looked strange for me.

BTW, I used to answer a call from a strange number (the caller is Chinese) and I had to buy a new SIM card on the next day.

have had a call from this number twice in 2 days. It came at a time I expected a call from someone else in Indonesia. Because my phone was on quiet I did not answer, both times. The number does not represent an Austalian prefix, for either domestic or mobile numbers, nor government ones?

I am getting calls from this number as well - all they say is 'hello' over and over again. Nothing else... it's so annoying. I am now ignoring the calls.

I got a missed call from this number, and decided to google it cause i was curious. Hopefully they won't try again...
