Have had a number of calls fom this number over the past week. When I answer there is nobody on the other end of the line.

3 calls to day .... no response from caller

I have received repeated calls - several times a day - from this number but whenever I answer it disconnects.  I tried to dial it but it doesn't connect.  It is extremely annoying and I wonder if my mobile phone is getting charged for any of these calls.  I will just reject the calls next time now I have found this site and the comments.

just received a call from 02135371000 asking nationality details about my husband had his full name, when i gave them short shrift they hung up, anyone know who they are?

i get a call from this number every few months and its always someone asking to a speak to michael johnson

i have had call from these idiots for the past year!!! i am with virgin media and after adding anonymous number barring i thought it would stop, it did indeed stop but has recently started again int he past 3 weeks, i get about 5 calls a day, at first it was witheld numbers to my house number which is supposed to be barred anyway they now have my mobile number too, im not impressed i have t mobile and will be looking for this 0021 number.  i think its absolutely digusting that these aresholes get to do this , my gran has been harrassed aswell and she is a 79 yr old frail woman who is terrified because of it!. i am in glasgow, is there nothing that can be done, every time i answer the phone now this week they hang up, previously i gave them serious abuse over the phone they keep asking fopr names that i dont know then probe for your personal details! IT SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM! DONT TELL THEM ANYTHING!

why does this number keep calling home phone immediately after I ring home. it happened at 1306 today

I had a call today with Number Unavailable shown from a male Indian call centre worker who asked for me by name and then said he was doing a "UK State of The Nation Survey" and would I mind answering a few questions.  I said what were the questions about and he wouldn't tell me.  Then when I said I might consider answering them he said was I agreeable to being called back by their marketing partners about any service that I said I was interested in.  I said I was not.  

When I asked where he was calling from he said London but when I then said that no one from his country who had spent any time in the UK had the metallic Indian accent he did or used the odd expressions he did (which are normal colloquial Indian English as spoken between Indians but not how even Indians who live here and have any experience of working here speak it) he then gave up the pretence that he was in London at all. At this point I demanded to speak to his supervisor and he cut me off.

From the whole style of the call and the attempt to say they were representing numerous different UK companies I am sure this is precisely the same Indian call centre outfit that also goes by the name of Consumer Research Centre and Lifestyle Research Centre.  But presumably due to the mountain of complaints now building up against them they have changed names again and found a way to withhold CLI to avoid any danger of the normally highly complacent and incompetent TPS and ICO being prepared to take action against them.

If you can't provide a phone number or address the TPS Complaint website and ICO helpline always maintains there is nothing they can do about the company.

Can these jokers really not afford to have their phone number compared with the TPS so that they only call willing victims.  Surely with even half the UK's phone lines registered for TPS there are still enough lines to call and most of these people are likely to far more readily go along with the scam (given that they have still not registered with the TPS despite all the active promotion of it over the last few years).

Someone from this (002135371000) number called and hung up. Dialed 1471, then googled number. I see numerous people are being bothered by this repeat caller.

This number phones me 2 or 3 times a week always in .Always hangs up.I now have number recognition so just leave it to ring now. Damn nuisance these nut cases!

i live in belfast and im now getting this number calling my home phone then hanging up! what do these jokers get out of annoying people?

Been getting these phone calls three times a day from this number for about 2 weeks, when I answer they hang up really getting on my nerves now. They always phone around 9am, 1pm and 8pm.

Calls received many times over the past couple of weeks or so, hangs up when l answer.

bt are a waste of time, asked them to block calls , but apparently they can't block these calls from abroad, then miraculously informed me that for £10 per quarter i can block 10 numbers domestic or international, makes me wonder if they encourage these calls to rake in the tenners.

Get a TrueCall Unit, stops them dead. I don't get any at all now nly from people I wish to speak. In the last three months it has blocked over 100 nuisance calls.
