I just got a call from a number that starts with 00021 ... is this also a scam?

Just now for me, sounded like a child at the end for a brief moment.

There are lots of missed calls I am getting from +212692297903, I tried to check it and a recorded women voice starts by welcoming, I hung up immediately as I heard rumors of such kind of call who charges a lot per minute if the person calls back. Beaware.

I didn't get any phone calla from this no.. but today I got call from this no 0021621070570 but i didn't take after that I got message from this no that "please call me this no" itz looks strange so I didn't take call or text message.. itz showing morroco code no.. iz it true?

And the are back in Holland Again also form russia Peru Brazilië and is all Africans with scemes you fall back and start paying don,t do IT also not on text messages either!!!!

I get lots of missed calls from 0021 numbers got  a text today saying please ring me needless to say I didn't beware it's a scam  I'm from Ireland

Even i received a missed call starting from 00216 but when i called back, immediately my phone was billed for 50 Rs(close to 1 dollar for 2 second ) ,So be ware . don't call back. They are making money by just making you call back. Calls to these numbers will be charged very high. This is a racket to make money by making you call back. Be cautious
