why did they call me.

Just a few minutes ago i received a phonecall from this number.Why??

We where called to. we don't who this is.

mmmm, August 1st, I am in the Netherlands, close to Utrecht. Also got a phonecall from this number. I missed it. Tried to check where it cam from, but there is no such country code (0021).

Strange. Maybe it's a call from another planet? They are trying to find people who want to volunteer for lab duty.

I'm living in Denmark and got at call from this number. The phone compagny can't help me identifying the caller. Who can?

If you search for 0214279090 at this site the number seems to belong to "Vacations Travels Unlimited"

By the way - It's saturday 9th of august and I'm also from Denmark.

I also found the number on my call logger on 9 August with a time of 19:40. Acording to http://www.africa.upenn.edu/Electronic/afr_telf.html 214 is an unused code, allocated to Algeria, whose real code is 213.

fik også opkald fra dette nr i dag kl ca 31,35... hmmm måske har du ret i at det er fra det yderrum ... det findes da ikke nogen steder...

Kunne være sjovt at høre fra nogen der har taget telefonen og ikke blot haft et ubesvaret opkald!

i am from ireland. i have just received a call from this number also. it was very weird!!! there seemed to be a strange noise coming through the phone. did anyone talk to any of you??

I'm from Ireland and I got a call from the number. It sounded like a scam phone where they try to get your details from an offer of winning a holiday. When I asked what the company name and address was, the guy insulted me and hung up.
Phoned up Eircom, couldn't identify the country code (neither could I) and said that maybe the call came from the internet. He suggested contacting the Gardaí (since the guy insulted me, the call counts under harassment).

Just got a call from this number - 00 21 427 90990. When I answered and said hello, several times, there was no reply? Judging from comments above this sounds like a scam - perhaps they are waiting for me to call "them" back and it will be a premium line? Or perhaps, as suggested above, some holiday or other scam. As there is no 00 21 country code and there are too many digits for this to be a call from Cork, Ireland (i.e. 021 county cork) - I would advise others not to call this number back and report it to whoever you can!
