00211 = South Sudan
00212 = Morocco & Western Sahara
00213 = Algeria
00216 = Tunisia
00218 = Libya

i got a call in early evening it was a miss call from a number 0021642604010.further i google it to knw from were this number belongs too latter on i came across this link stating some many people wit same comaplaint as of mine..hw cm a call can be directed so diffrent countries also if its a machine or automated call y dont it convey a msg for the purpose of call.i my view after going thrg all such msgs i think propbly its a telecom virus in the system which is making auto call or malfunctioning of any telecom service provider system.

To take your money. Never answer or call back numbers that you don't know, especially international calls.
