Hi even I am receiving calls from 00401 ; 00501 and 00 966 53 406 5893 ... these guys are irritating me like anything... anyone can help with this

A call came from this number 00401. AndbI don't know whom I am speaking to.

Today I got call from 00401..three or four times..when I HV answered the call that man was like Tamil plz.. Den after DAT call he was started in English n hindi..n he was shouting laudly..don't know wat he was talking abt..

Don't know who they are, but I get calls from 00401 several times a week insisting that I have had a car accident - I've not. They get very rude and insistant that I have. I think I would have known if I had been in a car accident.. especially since I don't drive. It has been ongoing for over a year and they refuse to stop calling so now I just tell them to f*** off.

Indian sounding guy called saying from Accident line and that someone at this address had had an accident - told them they hadn't and they had the wrong number and hung up. Fed up with the amount of these types of calls coming through either on landline or mobile - blocking as go along but why should we had to put up with it!!

Keep getting calls from this number and as soon as I answer it they hang up!

Stinking scammers tried my landline. Blocker did not let them through. Obviously a scam with this ridiculous spoofed number.

Got one today from 00401 but after I sounded as though I really couldn't be bothered to take him seriously, he hung up. Perhaps they'e got the message and won't bother me again. I tried the marvellous TalkTalk call barring facility on it but they disallow without a full country code and valid number.

Beware these stinking scammers are about again. Still trying to beat my blocker - absolutely no chance. Ridiculous spoofed number which may just appear as 0401.

Why do these people call? I cannot understand what they are saying, a VERY think accent. I think they are phishing for bank details to be given under the guise of "one's internet provider" being faulty??? A real nuisance ans dangerous also  -  what can we do to stop them?

Never answer the phone, if you do answer, tell them to Fcuk Off.  We have our answer phone set to record as soon as the phone rings, if it a call of any importance, they will leave a message.  We don't answer the phone anymore to anyone.  Most caller's are either scammer's or marketing calls like British gas.  Most of these are out to take your money, so if you ever answer your phone, NEVER GIVE ANY INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS, EVER.  Like i said don't be polite to the tell them to [***] Off.

I get this number 00401 they call me I tell them no more by angry man.

Two calls trying to sell me electricity

Shocking!
