Tee Hee,  I just answered a scammer called Alexander (yeah, right.  Not)) with a dodgy accent claiming to be from TalkTalk Customer Services to tell me they have received many error reports coming from my computer in the last 2 weeks which tells them that my computer is infected with some very bad spyware and do I know about that?  I said 'Gosh' and 'Yes' in appropriate places and let him waffle on .  He then said 'This is what we can do to fix it.  OK?'  I said 'Oh, You don't need to do anything because my husband's an IT Manager and I know damn well there's nothing' (wrong with my computer) - but he'd gone before I finished...  That's a copy of the email I just sent my husband.  Be careful out there.  This is a well known scam where fraudsters aim to part you with your money.  And, Btw,  This call from this number is coming from Romania.

Yet another TalkTalk customer reporting these scam calls.  TalkTalk were hacked recently and it looks as if peoples' personal information is being sold on to scammers.  Although it was on the News, it is disgraceful that TalkTalk didn't bother to  notify their customers so they would be forewarned about this type of scam call.  BTW, the call was more likely from India than Romania as they are the ones who normally carry out this partiular scam.  Telephone numbers can be faked to look like they come from anywhere in the world.

I get frequent calls from this number. After a few seconds a woman with an ?english accent says "goodbye". I do wish the police would arrest this person.

This number attempted to call me earlier today, but I have the BT8500 Advanced Call Blocker telephone so they could not get through.

phoned at 07.25 am and said they were from talk-talk - taking advantage of recent hacking no doubt. When I said did they realise how early it is they hung up. No doubt will be calling back regularly during the day. Have had a spate of these this week.

I got this calls from number 00401 on 26/11/2016 (Saturday) at 23:55 p.m. but no voice at another side. the call duration was 33 seconds. Who are these people ?

who call me ?  never I received call from such number.
