When I enquired for more info ( on their site), I was impressed by the professional attitude these people took with numerous phone calls and investment suggestions.

And although I was reluctant to trade with them at first, they persuaded me to fill in their membership from and before I knew it, I decided to make a small first trade on a PRE IPO company that is in the process of getting the license to mine for precious metals in Japan - so they said.

So I sent a transfer of EUR 3605 - to a so called holding company based in Cyprus - called Steinman Holdings Ltd. on the 18/1/11.

Following this trade, I was then contacted by a certain Mr. Richard Ross - a senior advisor for Navasota who explained that he specializes in block trading and explained very very well how Navasota;  through its contacts sets up block trading possibilities for companies that are about to be taken over by larger companies - for a sizable profit and he gets individuals like me to cash in on block trade possibilities and this is by far a more profitable way to invest .

He talked in great depth about a company called NS8 who's share value is currently at EUR 5.25. He informed me that this company was  / is about to be taken over by a much larger company in the medical industry ( its main competitor ) and explained that he can get me in on this venture but purchasing shares at that price.... And by pulling together a number of small traders like me, together he could execute the block trade when the purchase goes through.

And like an idiot  — on the 14th February 2011, I agreed to purchase 5000 shares @ EUR 5.25 amounting to EUR 27037.50
And I wired the money to a company called Steinman Holdings Ltd. - also based in Cyprus under the notion that the take over was imminent.

But thats not all.
A few weeks later I was contacted by Mr. Ross again informing me that he has 72 people in on this venture but because collectively — he cannot meet the minimum amount of the block trade-its up to us investors to try our best to make this happen and he explained that by dividing the remaining required number of shares he could complete what he started and every one is happy.

Again I was overwhelmed with our negotiations - thinking - better to invest more so i can get out quicker.

i informed him that I was not happy about this and did not have the funds to see to this but his persistence got the better of me and on the 21st April, i committed once again to another purchase of 3900 shares @ 5.25 amounting to EUR 20745.00

This money was wired to a company called WHENCO LTD - based in Cyprus.

I applied for stock recomendations at greenwood global and some weeks agoI also received a call from Henry Walker of Greenwood Global from malaysia and he also tried to sell me shares of a new company called Eldoro Gold Company for around 4000 -5000 €, which I don't have right now, thank god I found this posts. furthermore I didn't found any company named Eldoro gold I only found Eldorado gold company, which was  not what  this guy was talking about. because I don't have funds at the moment, he proposed calling me back in around  month or two, then he made an agreement to call me back around 15. of August, he also said that to bad I don't have funds right now, because people are pulling for those shares of that company, which in my investigation(on internet) doesn't even exists.
I Also checked the telephone number: 60327727353 an did actually shows something of greenwood global so I dont realy know, I desided not to give any money to them, for now and ever I think.

What could I do. I was contacted by a group having the same problem, and having engaged a lawyer. But they kept it very secret. I send informations to them, but havent got any respons for a long time?!

I know this case with yoshida ( http://www.yoshidacorp.com) is the same, and I could never even think about investing again. However I would like to let them in a trap together with polic. But how? I dont know their country (anonomous phonenumber) they talk and talk and when I ask for some information they start talking something else. Exactly the same pattern as Dai- Ichi.

Any suggestions of how to proceed.

This Eldorado Gold Resources Limited, can be that they exist like you say , with Frankfurt...., but this webpage ( www.eldoragoldresources.com) is made, I'm sure, by these fraudsters.


A Canadian company Eldora Gold resources Limited, (symbol ER5) (www.eldoragoldresources.com) which went on FrankFurt Exchange market at the end of march 2011.
