Next time they call ask them for their e-mail address.  Tell them you are recording the call and repeat that they have a wrong number.  Tell them that, if they 'phone again, you will bill them at £10 per minute for every call and, in the meantime you will report them to the Information Commissioner's Office for harassment. Then report them immediately to the ICO via their website.  It doesn't take long and there is a "tick box" to say that they are causing you distress, so use that.  You might also want to consider getting a Call Blocker from Amazon or Argos or a Call Blocking 'phone.  That way you can control who gets through on your landline.

Received call from 0113340001 I believe to be debt collecting, (I forgot to pay my credit card) payed over the phone no problems.

Received yesterday answered today NEW DAY LTD not happy receiving calls all time

The number called me I called it back and a message number doesn't receive incoming calls

another one of new day debt collectors  numbers there good and getting sneaky

Caller did not pick up

it phones me at home and hanges up and then my mobil phone and hangs up again

Just hung up.
What is the point !!!!

this is the 2nd call I have had from this number!!
