Awoken at 3:50 this morning. Not great when you have parents that aren't in the best of health. Filled out the company's contact us form suggesting that they issue a full page apology on their website.

Called this morning at 5.30am. Scared me half to death, heart was pounding so hard. Not good being woken that suddenly - gonna switch the phone ringer off at nights from now on. In a bad mood now my sleeps been ruined. Obviously some automatic system programmed to ring a list of numbers one after the other throughout the night. Why do they do this?!

Got a call from this number at 02.52am, well p.....d off, OH couldn't get back to sleep and we nearly overslept this morning!

I was rung by 0121 3140001 at 2.46 am this morning. Their web site is down surprise surpsrise and you can not leave a message on their answer phone. they need stopping by the looks of your message page..

Phone woke us up at 3.35am 6th March. Very worrying ,we thought there was an emergency, difficult to get back to sleep. A scare like this could finish off someone with a nervous disposition!

Got a call at 4.30 this morning - rang off before I could find phone in a panic in the dark.  Couldn't get back to sleep.

Rang at 430am!  Thought it was family emergency too, and now my day will be crap because of lack of sleep...

These [***] phoned at 1.34am and hung up when answered! We have a sick relative and a call that time of day makes you fear the worse has happened.
They should be sued or switch there proxy phones off!!!!!

Got a call at 4:28 this morning

Call at 4.30 am and caller has the temerity to hang up when you answer.  Time these type calls were investigated and banned.  Being registered with TPS does not appear to prevent these time of calles

Got the same call at 5am, bit of a blind panic to get to the phone thinking it was some kind of emergency. Other half will call them at 9am this morning to ask what they are playing at. No idea where they got our number from (like previous comments we are Ex directory, TPS registered and never dealt with this company).

"I received a call from 0121 3140001 at 03:10am March 6th 2012. The caller hung up before I could answer from my bedside 'phone - after about 3 or 4 rings.
I am just as disgusted as the other people who have reported having received calls at extremely inconvenient hours.
Please explain yourselves - it sounds as if you need to put your own house in order before offering to solve other peoples."

Got call at 04.35am - rang off before we could answer. Called the number & got automated response to ring a mobile number!!

As posted previosly awoken this morning 4.20. Have just got through to the company and a recorded message states their phone number has been spoofed and used by an off shore company. If this is truly the case I feel a bit sorry for them but hope they sort it out quickly.

Had a call last night at 1.20am by the time I got to the phone it stopped.

Right, just sent an email to my mp. Not holding out much hopes but you never know, if enough people contact them something might get done, the whole business is unacceptable.

We are very sorry our number has called you.
Our phone company is looking into it.

Apparently our phone number has been hacked/spoofed and
our number is calling people at a rate of 1000 per hour.

It is not coming from us or our phone system but from somewhere in eastern Europe.

We are doing our best to get to the bottom of it, but as it’s largely out of our control,
We can only apologise for the inconvenience it’s caused you and assure you
It was not our doing.
