- anitajust had a call from this number asking me to connect to my pc as they have discovered that i am downloading malicious files. they said they have data for registered users of xp vista & 7 . told them i am not stupid enough to let them hack into my pc while online & they said goodbye. surely this is a scam & should be stopped as there are people who would be afraid when they are told their pc may die if they don't get them to help them.
- Caller: ?
- kazJust had a call from this number and thought i would answer as they keep ringing me all the time and a guy with a foreign accent said my computer has problems and a message has been sent to there call centre to fix told him nothings wrong and to do one.
- joan2604just had a call from a lady with an asian dialect stating she was calling from 24/7 bt and that there was a fault on my computer, when I told her that I was not even with bt she became very aggressive in her tone demanding computer details as ' she knew that I was with them and needed my details to correct the fault' at this stage I hung the phone up as it was obviously as scam of sorts!

- WesI have had quite a few calls from a 0161 478 3073 number which is a Manchester area code. The lady that called me said she was called Nikki (very Asian indeed) and she was calling from EPA Claims. The asked me about loans that I had but had a previous adress for me which was over 4 years old. Stupidly I gave her my loan details (amount, when, where etc) as she was talking about this PPI stuff which got me hooked. She said that she would be sending me out a big orange envelope with everything that we had spoken about to sign and send back.
I googled this company and nothing has come up apart from this website, so I now know not to trust them. Luckily no bank details were given.
Thanks for the heads up...- Caller: EPA Claims...?
- Ibuyeverythingfromscamcalls...?.....these people amaze me as there must be someone out there that falls for it or buys stuff? It must be like one on every 100 calls I don't know?...but it's pure harassment the amount I'm getting. The annoying thing is that we have NEVER given our number out. However BT who had my name wrong on their system must have passed on my number against my wishes as these people ALL ring up asking for this wrong name....! BT were instructed not to pass number on and I'm ex directory.
I answer as many as possible and give my baby the phone....or put it in the well of the washing machine....at work we used to put them on hold and bet how many people they could be passed on to until the scam/sales caller gave up. We made it to 8 people once! - Jay (RA)your right i just had a call and it didn't give me a chance to answer it.....but i did call it back and it said that it's a wrong number
- Miss PixieClown phoned my home no. to tell me he was going to help me with my "hacked" computer, and was going to ring me back.
Nothing wrong with any computer.- Caller: unknown.
- Mrs fJust got a call from this number indian man said his names was James (dont think so) new my name said he was ringing from premier rate, told me i was going to get my phone for £12 a month. Never heard of them told him i did not deal with the phone bills and goodbye.
- HandymanCoincidence that I get a call from this number after 3 calls from an Indian call centre where the chap say's he's from the Technical department of a broadband company and If I visit Teamviewer they will access my computer and repair the corrupted files that are slowing down the Broadband. I think not. Then this call and the connection to comparison providers. I think I may have to run the anti malware programme again.
Not Happy. - SteAnswered call and then said hello to which an automated reply said goodbye f**ing annoying
- Anon| 1 replyThis number just called. Also called many other times this year. Always no-one there. Is fake number using technology that fools caller ID. Uses several different company names as a cover. Be aware and very cautious and suspicious of this number. Is a spam or con and possible involvement with identity theft or something equally suspicious.
- Caller: Various different guises
