Call from 01234765093 - heavily accented voice advising me that I had a problem with my PC - when queried about the operating system he hung up; this was the 2nd call today (I have 2 lines - one call to each) and I told the first caller that he was talking a load of sh*te - not sure that line featured in the cold callers bible but he hung up - I wonder why....

Iv just had a call from this number, told me i had an infected computer and none of my firewalls and anti virus's would stop this, when i asked what the IP address of the affected machine was he said (james - the indian chap!) said he didnt need to know that, when i told him i wasnt interested he more or less slammed the phone down on me! pffft

i told this man i was ging to ring the police he said mamm i humby beg you nt to call the police how do we stop getting call from this number?? 14 in 3 days

Keep getting silent calls from this number

had a call from this number today-mentioned i had a virus they could fix!!
i told them i was a computer engineer and didn't need their help and he hung up!
huge scam-people beware

having been an it manager and worked with Microsoft and their programmers Microsoft never call customers as the owner of the computer is not a customer of Microsoft you are just using their interface ignore these calls as they are a scam hoping you dont know this info

This guy in broken English told me I had a virus on my computer. I now about this scam  so I told him in plain English he was talking a load of bull S$'#'T and put the phone down. These tosser want hanging for trying to steal password etc. from unsuspecting computer owners.

just had call from this number said they were from pc wizard told them i havant got computer and they finished call but worrying how they always know your name

I am sick of these asian people calling, they have called me three times in as many days. Do we know anyone who can do anything about this

Gentleman stated that he worked for a company named 'Computer Optimiser' and that the company worked with a Microsoft Proffessional Engineer.
Said that my PC was infected and that Anti-virus and anti malware programs couldn't help.
He then navigated me to the windows error logging area of my PC and tried to tell me that the error messages were a result of my PC's system having been corrupted by an attack by some mysterious outside program.

Told that he was being reported whereupon call ended suddenly.

I had a call from this number yesterday.  As soon as the Asian  man mentioned computers I terminated the call as I've heard of this possibly being a scam.  He called back and I let the ansaphone take it, but he left no message. For the next twenty minutes or so the phone kept ringing and I kept disconnecting.  In the end I had to unplug the line altogether.

Always calls and says nothing

asian man phoned asking for my husband by name and when i said i was his wife could i take a message he hung up!!!!   seems like usual scam but as i was with company i didnt have time to think about a witty remark!!!!

we are recieving calls from this No claiming they are from a company called PC WIZARD asking if I am in front of my computer and that they have info about viruses.

dont give this person any info even if you think they are real - they will scam your computer

i had a call from them myself today...being a young female he soon realised i didnt care about the computer as i said i dont even know how to turn it on....the caller...named DARREN...then decided to ask me personal questions about myself and my relationship status...then to go on to ask me about sexual relationships....

i am overall outraged and tried to call them back but no luck im hoping they ring back soon so i can really give them a piece of my mind so if anyone knows anyway i can get in contact with these scam artists please let me know!!!!

In this day and age someone should be able to put a stop to all these damn phone calls. They call everyday. Who are these people who want this dispicable job???

All - I have also received a call from this number explaining that they are working with Microsoft re virus protection. I asked then to send details by e mail which they refused by saying they are ringing everyone around the world. I told them that I would only deal with emailed instructions and had a very abrupt reply from the caller who said that 'if it was wishes that I wanted I should go to Santa Claus' I guess this confirmed my suspicions that this was a hoax. Do other computer owners a great favour and warn them of this scam.

Steer clear of doing anything that the caller from this number requests as it will possibly expose your personal details on your computer including bank details etc to others.

These people ring us about every two days and have done for about six weeks now. What do you have to do to stop these people - insulting them, telling them you have reported them to the police etc, nothing seems to stop them. Surely by now something should have been done to stop them - its always the same number. What do we have the police for? The worrying thing is that I am sure a lot of older people are falling for these scam artists.
