If you are an example of this company's employees then it really is one to avoid.  So £299 is "not the end of the world"?  It is an awful lot of money to the elderly people you seem to target.  Again, elderly people are more trusting than younger ones and don't realise they have been conned until it is too late  but, in your eyes, they are stupid? If you are not a con merchants, why do you take bank/card details on the first call when your MOJ Licence specifically forbids this?  Is this just another example of you treating people and the law with contempt?

We are unable to process the fee without a credit or debit card number.

We do offer an annual review service where we save you money on your pension and utilities amongst otherthings and the bonus is we try to get your PPI money back without the stress on you having to keep calling the bank yourself.

On a good day we have about between 80-100 people paying the £299 and obviously they have read these types of sites and they know that there are dodgy ones about.

I have worked for dodgy companies on the costa and this is by far the better one and they dont mess your commission up either and pay you on time unlike the other ones.

So this company is the "better one" of the dodgy companies you have worked for?  That says a lot. They pay your commission and wages on time.  Have you thought how they get the money to pay?  You are, of course, aware of the scam relating to pensions.  I refer you to the Moneysavingexpert site for details.  The fact that you cannot process the fee without the card details is irrelevant.  Your MOJ Licence says you must not take a fee on the initial contact.  Getting card details is the same as taking a fee. There is a saying. "If you are in a hole, stop digging".  May I suggest that you do that.

I can't believe I have just read that.  What's MOJ?  MOJ is the Ministry of Justice which issues licences to companies which offer financial services to the public, like yours. There has been a grat deal of publicity about pension scams recently, but it has obviously passed you by. As I said previously, if you are an example of the staff from this company, people would be wise to steer clear.  It would seem that the people selling these "products" have no idea what they are doing or what laws they are breaking. and don't care if they are ripping off the elderly.  Just so long as they get their commission and wages on time.

Aims saved won me £20,000 back in a PPI claims. PPI claims that as a 21 year old without a credit card history I never knew I was entitled to. Aims told me that for a nominal upfront fee they could arrange for credit card accounts in my name to appear on their screens saying that each had a PPI attached. I can't fault them. They said that the PPI had been mis-sold and that I was entitled to the cash. Fantastic service!

I am aware of the Ministry of Justice but I do not use "MOJ" when speaking to clients. I dont tend to read about scams because its not something its something that I dont need to look for, obviously if I had been scammed or I thought I was being scammed then I would.

I think it is quite narrow minded of you to talk about a company like that when you do not know how we operate.

Like I said before I have worked for worse companies before and I am very proud to work for Aims as we are a legitimate company.

It is actually persons like yourself who give people the wrong information and your "opinion" on the matter without really looking into it.

We are a transparent company with nothing to hide and if we were a "scam" why do you think we refund clients?

I dont think it is a good idea bad mouthing peoples business's on here unless you have factual information instead of hear say.

You have brought your friend "Bob" in as backup I see.  You do not use MOJ when  speaking to clients?  What does that mean?  The point you are ignoring is that the MOJ Licence terms for your business say that you must not take a payment at first contact.  Do you understand that bit?  If you do understand it, then why are you breaking the terms of that Licence?  Simple question.  You are not interested in scams unless they affect you?  So you do not care if you are part of a scam affecting other people? I do know how you operate, that is why I am posting on here.  As I also know how Aims Financial operate.  You are actually showing more about how this company operates than I am.

I am sorry I really dont know what you are talking about. I have tried explaining but your pea sized intellect doesnt seem to understand.

I do not deal with licencing so this is something I can not comment on. I am only over here for a few months, all I am trying to do is help people out and live here and soak up the culture. If I thought it was a scam then I wouldnt be working there.

I assume if you are un-happy with the service you have complained, I think it is best to leave it at that dont you?

You do not have to deal with licencing.  The fact is that your employer is breaking the law by not obeying the terms of his MOJ Licence. That is a statement not a question. It is the sign of a company which is not operating within the rules. I don't think it's my brain which is pea sized.  It is the usual response to abuse people who see through a scam so please feel free to carry on. As you have said you are interested in getting your commission and wages on time and it does not pay to look to closely at what the company is about, particularly as your employment is temporary. i hope you enjoy the lifestyle and culture of Blackburn during your stay.

Why would I be soaking up the culture in Blackburn? Its not all about being paid, I do genuinly enjoy helping others and I am ever so greatful for Aims providing me with the opportunity of doing this job.

And we do also tell the elderly to watch out who they giver personal details to because we are a repertable company  we offer this advice, if it was a scam we wouldnt want to help would we?
