Got a call 2day from a woman called sharon she said i was entitled to £2400 refund on PPI she said i had 2 pay £250 upfront which i dont have i said can u take the £250 out of my £2400 she said no i smelt a rat right away looked on the website and its full of complaints from other people dont have anything 2 do with them if they call u again tell them they are rogues and put the phone down bunch off ARSHOLES.

these people should be arrested for fraud....they have conned my boyfriends dad out of £250, fortunately we can get money back from credit card!!! B++++rds!!!x

please dont have anything to do with them. A leanne wilson called me.they are so persising and know how to wear you down.they should all be arrested,i hate dishonesty.

forgot to say report to your bank put in a dispute claim with the bank and they will help you to try to recover the money.

yep these people are dishonest and harrasing really hope they pay the cost for how they are robbining so many people.makes me sick---not fair

having had contact with this company I found they were nothing but polite and courteous. They informed me of the refund i was potentially due back to them and I paid them the membership fee. Within weeks I was refunded not only the amount they said i was due back but a lot more than anticipated within only a few weeks. I cannot praise the service enough. I am happy for at once to report a happy ending.

having seen this msg after it was too late and joined it is great to inform you that it was not a scam and was paid out inf full for ppi and also had a further compensation claim at no extra cost. i thought i would come back and give some positive information which doesn't happen often

I recieved a call from aims review regarding a refund i was supposed to be entitled to. I listened to what they had to say and was told i had to join aims for £250 pounds. 8 weeks later i recieved a cheque through the post for £3.600

i was over the moon with there help.

I recieved a call from this company around March/April time now, which was an automated message, so as all of you have most likely done I pressed 5 to see what it was about. I spoke to a lady called Maddie Pearse who was very helpful and explained the mis-selling of this PPI to me, and didn't garantee me, but said if I signed up with Aims for a year, with access to all there other services too, I would be looking at around 2520 pounds back off a loan, store cards and a credit card, which are all now paid off. I signed up and paid the 250 which I was very skeptical about and didn't feel comfortable about doing at all. But I really can't complain, so far they have saved me 172 pounds on my home insurance, written me a will completely free of charge, I recieved my first check in the post of 1092 pounds off my store card, which I was of course thrilled with, then have just recieved another check from my loan of 3498 pounds, and I am still waiting to hear back on my credit card. Aims Legal have been nothing but helpful, I wasn't mis-led as I knew all about the membership, and the benifits. The only thing I can say is be careful with who calls you, but if it wasn't for Maddie Pearse I wouldn't of had any of this money back from the banks, who did mis-sell me. And I will still be paying far to much for my home insurance.

I was scammed by these people in August this year.  I canceled my membership after one payment of 125.  I asked for the return of my membership fee within the 14 days you have got to cancel in.  I was told it was going too be in on the 7th of September.  It wasn't.   I phoned to ask when it was going too be sorted.  They said try back on the following Monday.  No ready yet anyway the managers where not there the previous week.  Just phoned up now and they say now it's coming my cheque should be here by the end of the week.  They have changed t.he way they do refunds now.  I wonder if I will get anything or what's there next excuse is going too be

To Smithy87 and Tameteaser.  This site is to report unknown, unwanted and scam calls.  Positive posts are usually put on by the scammers to try and make the scam look legitimate.

you are so wrong as I had paid my money to aims and someone mentioned this site to me I was horrified that I had paid them the money but it was worth it as they did all they said and more. I took a chance and it paid off but if I had seen this site first I would not have signed up but am glad I did . Maybe you are from another company yourself as no one seems to have gone through with their claim so how can you know what would have happened if you had seen it through. This company saved my son and I from repossesion by sending a letter to the courts saying they were doing a claim for me. I owe them a lot of thanks and I am just an ordinary person who had huge finacial problems that have now been sorted because I took a chance.

By the way, has anyone Googled their website?  They seem to have a piece on a website which is actually NIUK based in Belfast and advertising all sorts of services in Northern Ireland and with what looks like a Hotmail e-mail address.

i have had this address for 20 years and am living here for at least 17 years ,you are showing your true reason for being on this site. Real honest people who have a grievance go and try to have it sorted out , no one has gone through with their claim,i have and i know i put it on the wrong number sorry not as clued in as you obviously are ith regards to doing this sort of thing. Just an ordinary joe soap me.

I regret paying this Fiddeling company 250£ in July 2012 not much chance off getting an cash back
