which company rang you about the pensions was it aims legal or aims finance or something else

AIMS Legal.

I find that a bit odd as Aims Legal is all about PPI not pensions, did they actually say Aims Legal or was it Aims Finance

They apparently are not doing PPI anymore. They are doing something to do with Funeral plans. That's the word here in Spain.  Wonder who they're conning now ??  Just saying !!

Hmm something must be afoot Adam Bennett has resigned as a Director of AIMS Legal

MOJ Claims Regulation website AIMS Legal under investigation 30th April - so that's why he's resigned!

I have been chasing these for my money since January. Like a fool I paid £299 with a promise of being paid back. No chance.

MR JONATHON GERARD JAMES GOLDIE  is the man who originally called himself Jon James and was head of the pension section called Forensic Review, the Yardstick Marketing. God only knows what name they are using now or what VIRTUAL Office they have set up in the UK but make no mistake this company is AIMS. JON JAMES is a nasty piece of work and as we know THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS.

A lot of the management there i.e. Mike Salter and Michael Costello et al were all involved in the large MRI PROPERTY scam here so they are well known seasoned experts at fleecing people.

My advice is to also contact The Olive Press (a newspaper that outs people) here in the Costa del Sol and see if you can get them exposed here in the newspaper as well.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF ANYTHING WITH AIMS ATTACHED TO IT !!!

Lastly, if they tell you they are calling from the UK that's rubbish. They are here in El Rosario, Marbella, Costa del Sol, living the good life and laughing at you poor people that have been taken in by them and paid them money !!

Why don't we all collaborate and bring a law suite against AIMS & et all. For the numeration or £250 per person & liabilities. Please consider this stance. As I shall take it on my own, if I have too.

Looks like the liquidators of AIMS International have won the fraud case against Bennett and Edwardson they have put a Debenture on AIMS Legal to get the money back they defrauded. Persistence pays Ha Ha
