Just had a missed call too. Didnt ring for very long. Was obviously a scam so i googled it and found this site. How do we stop them?

I've had from this number too. Asking me if I had problem of mis selling payment protection etc. I'm with tps and a brand new number :S

If you get a call from this number don't even pick it up, wasted space whoever they are.

Just got a call from this number, took ages for a woman to speak..  When she did speak there was lots of background noise, just don't answer or hang up!!  Bloody pests!!

I had a missed call from this number today, I don't know anyone with that area code so I won't answer. Glad I didn't now after reading some of the other comments.

This company needs to be stopped, I am sick and tired of cold callers!

Got a call from them as well this afternoon, did not answer.

I got a call from this number on my work phone. Its a brand new contract and there is no reason for anyone to have the number. The guy on the end of the phone told me he was calling from Consumer Credit Services, and said there was something to do with being over charged on credit cards, he said its all over the media. I asked him who he wanted to speak to and he said the owner of the phone, I then asked how he got the number seeing as he didnt have a name and he said they have a database of numbers that they call. He started to ask me what credit cards I have at which point I stopped him, and told him I wasnt prepared to take this call.

This is very dodgy. I would not give any of that information out to anyone that I did not know or trust!

Got a call today to my mobile from 01259300001, answered but no one at the other end.  Tried calling back but no joy.  Have no idea at all who these characters are but I AM REALLY annoyed with these telepests and others like them calling both my mobile and landline - someting with one company/number calling both my mobile and landline in quick succession.  I have only ever given both my mobile and landline numbers to T-Mobile and Sky but both companies flatly deny passing my details on my numbers to anyone and as a matter of policy I now refuse to give anyone else either of my numbers however, I still get these randon numbers calling me.

It wouldn't bother me too much if I could change my numbers which I am sorely tempted to do but my son is currently serving in Afghanistan and both he and his superiors (in case the worst happens) has these numbers to contact me and I have no way to be sure that my son would get the new numbers if I changed them.  So I am stuck with these scumbag scam artists giving me these randon useless calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

never answered then searched the web to find this ste very helpful. will not be calling back

Got a phone call from this mumber and spoke to a guy called Marcus who was advised he could help me claim back money if i had been sold payment protection insurance when I got a credit card or on any loans..told me to call back tomorrow on this number with any details i had so he could help me get the money back - sounds dodgy!!

Missed call from this number, Vodafone customer direct from them, Never used any other company.

Only family have the number,  Only browsed some posts but did they ask for you by name or just random calls?

I just had a call from this number, rang for about a second and then stopped. Obviously expecting me to call back as I had a missed call. As I was suspicious I googled the number and found this site. I expect they charge a premium if you call back. Keeping well clear!!

Why after so many complaints about this mobile number won't the provider cancel this number.  This is not the first time that these people have called me.  I am sick of people who have nothing better to do than to hassle others who are trying to get on with things in their lives which are important.  Try getting a job for starters and then just leave the rest of us well alone!!!!

Yet another call from this number. I have been pestered with them for over a year and despite reporting them to my mobile phone network, no-one seems to be able to stop them bothering me and a lot of other people judging by this website. Do not answer these calls.

Unsolicited call to a mobile number.  Expressed my unhappiness at the call and they rang off.

Number called, When I answered no-one spoke. Tried to call back twice. Voice saying trying to connect you. No  answer.

Reporting numerous missed calls from this number last one being today 09/07/2010 @ 11.20
