I too got a missed call from this number with no voicemail. I will not be ringing back after what I have read on here!

had a call from 01259 300001. i tried to call back but some wench said that she was conecting the call. I hung up.
Please do not ring them back

They ringing my mother mobile phone which is private one, home phone which is also private 1, i think they use phone number generator to call random people. most calls from them are just hung but sometime there are real people....

Just gave me a call right now, I ignored it and went straight to google. Now I know what to do next time too. I've no idea where they got the number from, I've not given it to anyone new recently I can think of.

Had an unsolicited phone call from them, believe it's about financial services. Found their operator rude & he put the phone down on me.

Phoned them back to complain, they said they'd remove my number from their database.

Received call at 8:58 on a Friday evening. Number not known to me. I have not called back and will have the number blocked.

Recieved call from 01259300001 no message left - called back - american dialling tone - checked number on  google - loads of warnings about barring/ignoring this number

A call on my mobile today from this number. I have had this Vodaphone number 2 years.  Did not answer. next time i will keep them talking and pretend to be interested - waste their time, it's more fun !

Keep getting calls from this number all of a sudden. No voicemails left so decided to see if it came up on GOOGLE!! and it did, I will not be answering or calling back now

got a call from this number when i answered it they muttered something then hung up i rang it back and just got a fuuny dailing code had this call going on for about a month now

got a call from this number just now, answered and said "hello" a few times, heard nothing and they hung up after about 5 seconds.
googled it, found this thread, and then (because i'm curious) phoned them back. got a "please hold while we try to connect you" then a strange dialling tone, hung up at that point.
If I get charged for that call, I'm going to refuse to pay for it and demand that my service provider block all future calls from that number.

my phone is ex directory, TPS and I usually don't answer unrecognised numbers. if i knew where these guys were I'd go round and ring their doorbells, stand there for 5 seconds and walk away without saying anything. several times a day.

yep same story as all above.  tried to tell me that i had a credit card or loan and provide them with the information - but they called me! then phonecall mysteriously cut off once i started questioning the caller.  avoid!!

Got a missed call so called back.  First question I got was 'Do you have any loans or credit cards, or both'?  Straight away alerted me that it is not quite right.  When I started asking questions about them and where they got people's numbers from, the call conveniently got cut off.  They claimed they were able to assist people getting money and compensation for loans and credit cards.

Hopefully now that they know I'm not a sucker they won't call back.

I got a call from this number today. There was some talking in the background before a lady said "Hello." I then said, "Hi, who is this?" and they replied "We're phoning about your credit/bank." I then asked them if they were sure the call was for me and they said yes. I then replied "But I'm only 13!" to which the lady shouted "WELL GET YOUR PARENTS TO CALL BACK!" and instantly hung up.
She was very rude, decided to google the number and suprise suprise look at the responses.

Can't these people just get a life?!?!

Got a cold call from this number. Just silence, then hung up. Will not be calling back after reading these comments.

Got a missed call from this number today at 14.17hrs - haven't got a clue who it is, no voicemail and I'm not ringing to see - am on contract with the Vodafone...am registered with the TPS so might report it!

This number called at 1020hrs - didn't answer as did not recognise the number and it looked like a telesales caller judging by the caller id. Googled the number and came here to report it.
