Called the number back but it was 'not recognised'  Who is this caller?

I've had yet another call from 01274 663293 trying to sell me insurance. They have rung many times and when you try to call them back it is impossible. The law ought to be put onto these people because they are a nuisance - 23 pages of complaints surely confirms that.

My number is registered with TPS also I'm ex directory so why am I being bothered by these people on 01274 663293?

I have tried to contact redress claims many times, especially in the last two weeks, emails go unanswered, nobody answers telephone, they took money out of my account over a year ago, and i have not heard from them since. would like to speak with someone when i want to, very difficult to contact.

I received a call from 01274 663 293 on Friday 19/05/12 .......
The caller claimed to be from 'Cover Plus' and, since our house cover is due for renewal, I foolishly assumed that the call was genuine.  After listening to his sales talk I even more foolishly gave him my current account number and sort code.  After the call, I tried to call the number which was not recognised - probably an outgoing number for cold calls.  I was assured that the insurance documents would be received in 3 to 5 days so am hoping that the 'Cover Plus' information is genuine.  ANY feedback - positive or negative would be appreciated.  Though 71 years of age, I should have known better !!!!!

Another waste of time - despite having TPS and being ex-directory. I generally make any callers I don't recognise listen to whatever I'm watching on television. The calls seem to stop once I've done that a few times.

Again...a call with a dialtone as soon as I answer it.  Thanks all for your info so far.

Please STOP making your nuisance calls to my phone!!!
Sometimes I have to run down the stairs to pick up the phone, and when I answer no one is there!  If it doesn't stop I report it somewhere else.

Had a call from Justin from PPI claims. Very distance had a job to hear him. Claimed I had PPI on various mortgages, loans etc., which I haven't. I questioned him where he got my details from and he said from forms and online enquires where I didn't tick the box. I told him that I ALWAYS tick the box. Where did he get my details from. he wouldn't answer and told me to buy a call blocker from BT for £8.99 a month!

We are of the TPS have not had any loans so GO AWAY!

getting upto 6 calls a day from 01274663293.askin for someone who does not stay here.when i asked who caller was workin for,she said it was nothing to do with me.

Tied up my phone for 15 minutes with piped music.

Got a call from this number on my land line but no on there who are they????

I work long hours from home and take half an hour off a day for lunch when I watch my favourite TV program, Bargain Hunt. I can guarantee as soon as the best bit the auction starts, my phone rings. It is usually International, Withheld or this number.

I am 18 stone and built like a brick [***] house and am in Bradford next month. If anybody can give me the true address and names of this company, I will personally go and rip somebodies throat out.

I have never touched a fly before, but I am now unstable.

Thanks mate as I said in my post on the next page, I will be visiting Bradford next week. I could write a book on the stress calls like this have given me and I have a feeling calls to me will be stopping from Thursday. Mohammed and Bushra, get ready to meet your 72 virgins.

Received a call from this number yesterday at 1:48PM. Told me the company is Coverplus but I hung up.
