Yeah keep getting calls from this number but didn't talk and neither did they and they hang up [***]

having had countless calls from these idiots, that can't even use the TPS properly, I have emailed http://www.uniqueprospects.co.uk/contact-us 
as they seem to be the people who originated the data base that all the other companies use, they claim to use the latest TPS database, but if that is so why the phone calls!
waiting with baited breath for a reply......

Just had a call from this number at 12:55PM and when I picked it up there was silence. After hanging up, I decided to try 1471 to see who the number was and I could still hear music playing. We were unable to disconnect for quite some time. This was really horrible as we couldn't ring anyone else because this number was STILL CONNECTED to our phones. These people are absolute SCUM of the earth!

Every day this week we have had a phone call from the same lady at Cover ????? saying that out house insurance is up for renewal. Each day I have told her it is not, and not to phone our house again, however the number keeps calling me.

Hey people i worked here for 2 days and left. You do not understand how the managers make you ring these poor people and annoy the hell out of them n get them worried their home insirance is due for renewal - which it obviously isnt. I left but i feel sorry for whoever stayed because this company push you and push just for figures! i thought i applied for a customer service role but it was vold calling! This company was also prrviously know as Redress! google it and you will read of it's bad reputation too
The owner tried to re name the company in sttempt to demolish it's bad repuation. well karma is a Bitc* and it will bite the owner n managers back one day!

Another nuisance call who will not take no for an answer....How do I get them to stop...any ideas welcome...

Yet more calls from this number asking for a survey. We're not interested! When will they get the message?!

I keep having calls from this number who I've so far refused to answer to as I didn't recognise the number.  I made a complaint against Redress with the TPS but it seems they've just changed their name and so on it goes grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Caller claimed to be from an insurance company called Cover Plus (no web site apparently) but then claimed to be underwritten by RSA. Reported to TPS.

This number keeps calling my landline. Nobody there when I answer. I'm supposed to be ex-directory so I don't know how they got my number.

I have a severe heart condition, and receiving calls from this company (usually silent calls) is not doing my health any good. It is creating more stress for me. At least this particular nuisance company don't withhold their number like most other nuisance callers do! My phone is constantly ringing - I only want to receive calls from family, friends and the Hospital.

The message of 28 April 2011, from a Redress Claims manager, apologises for the inconvenience and invites victims to phone the (premium) number to complain. Hardly an inspiring invitation. If Redress Claims is such a dutiful service organisation, why doesn't it abide by Telephone Preference Service guidelines, check TPS lists, and thereby avoid making unwanted calls in the first place?

A very unpleasant phonecall from a female on this this number today, who hung up.

Just come back from hospital where my husband is having an operation as I am writing this,  to get a call for him from this number saying they were some sort of cover.  Yet another nuisance call.  We get more and more calls now from all the usual numbers that appear on the internet.  I am hoping to buy a phone blocker and see if it really works.

what gets me is this numer has annoyed endless people on this sight alone...there are other sights also recording these nuisance call...none official.........what are trading standards or consumer protection doing about it.......its all getting too much.i dont answer any of the calls but they still ring everyday.....i have made a log sheet of the many numbers and i have 19 on my list.....how much more do we have to take before something is done.......really fed up(to put it politely)

Had a message on answer machine.  American voice asked me to please stay on the line while we transfer you to the next available agent.

How can I stay on the line at the time I wasn't even at home?.

Wow, despite all our concerted efforts and complaints these baskets are still busy calling, no message today but at least the second time, on TPS of course and these are not immune as calling from Bradford.

They are back again - so boring and we thought we'd got rid of them

I had a call from this number last night at 19;25PM.  Claimimng they were riniging to quote me for Home Insurance.  Where are hey geeting my details.  I am told, they can get it from web-sites I visit.  My number is ex-directory, I am TPS regidtered since 1998 with regular updates and it seems these callers have no respect for either or for the Data Protection Act.
