Please stop these calls and the horrid bitching. My poor ol ma is sick of these silent calls and is almost at her wits end and worried to death every time the phone rings. She is 92. GIVE HER A BREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Phoned again another twice since yesterday, What part of NO don't they understand. When someone says NO it means No. NOT INTERESTED. IF I AM INTERESTED I WILL PHONE YOU.

According to BT, this number is registered to Mr Ronald Bingham, 43 Tyersal Terrace, Bradford, BD4 8HR. There seem to be various websites connected with this man.

They called me on 15th June, as reported above. I shopped them to Ofcom as I'm registered with TPS. And today they called again a few minutes ago. A few hours earlier we-fight-any-claim (0844 8569042) phoned me and tried to tell me that TPS didn't apply to them, or some such rubbish. Shopped them as well. I'm now off to make a second complaint about this bunch of shysters.

I phone the number for redress claims and the guy said he could not take my number off database.Then he went into a spiel about the compnay

had a message on my answerphone today from 01274 663293. someone repeatedly saying hello. Just reported another number this week who have been calling me two to three times a day for over a week.last call went on to answerphone and played very loud music continually.  Registered with TPS but does not seems to do any good. There must be a way of stopping these calls they are very unsettling.

I complained to TPS and gave their address as stated on a previous post on this forum.
They are have a site on the internet so I could send them an email,I suppose but I dont want to give them another source to spam me.
Although it may be worth opening another googlemail account to slag them off if they keep phoning.
I will send the same complaint to TPS every time I know that they have phoned me anyhow
Thats about all I can do but if enough people complain then maybe something will be done.

Keep getting this number calling me. It's continuous piano music.

I too had 3 calls today from 01274663293. First call was this morning i answered the phone and they hung-up and left music playing, i had to disconnect the phone from the wall socket to get my phone to work again. I also got a call this afternoon and a man said hello Mr.G*****, i said hello and then he put the phone down.This is when i went on the internet to find out who was calling me and i found this helpful website. I got another call at 5 and again when i said hello they put the phone down and again i could not use my phone  because they had left music playing. I disconnected my phone again and i rang Redress Claims, i got in touch with a man , i gave him my post code and i coughed after giving my post code ,which he copied everything i said including the cough that i made.I began to say "Can you Please" only for him to say "Can you Please".so i put the phone down on him.I rang back 5 minutes later and a woman answered, i told her what happened with the calls and the mickey taking from one her colleagues.She apologized to me did not think anybody would take the mickey out of me until i said the man was asian, then i think she realised who he was and again apologized and said she would take my number off their list. I said if i got anymore calls from them, i would contact offcom straight away and left it at that.

Two more calls today so two more complaints to TPS.Ho hum..

Redress claims called this morning about PPI claims I hung up halfway through call. Just called again silent call this time. I have complained to TPS

All of the employees at Redress Claims appear to be Asians or Geordies. They phone me every few weeks and it's always one or the other. Just won't take no for an answer :-(

just had call from this no. It just went into classical music, no human voice, and this blocked me and left me unable to dial out and use my own SUPPOSEDLY PRIVATE/UNLISTED no.

WHEN are companies going to be stopped from doing this??????????????????????

Got a call from 01274663293 and didnt recognise the number, so in times like this we let our 3 Year old daughter answer and that usually scares away scammers - this time our daughter just kept saying hello and when we asked who it was she replied, Its just music
My wife took the phone and indeed the caller was just playing music, and then a male came on and said your call is important please wait while we try to connect you!
My wife hung up the phone and a few seconds later tried to dial out but the music was still there, tried to call our home landline from a mobile and it was engaged, hung up the phone again and again tried to connect and the music was still playing.
I then saw that our internet was down, so I unplugged the phone from the wall waited a few seconds and plugged it back in - tried the phone again and STILL PLAYING MUSIC!!! We hung up again

about 2 minutes later when we tried again the phone had returned to normal, so did the internet!!

Just got a call from this number - a couple of clicks and then went to music. Couldn't use the phone for a few minutes afterwards as they still appeared to be on the line!

I've just had the same problem. After answering the call and getting classical music I got suspicious and hang up. Then tried to do 1471 - and kept getting classical music, this continued for 30 mins until the line eventually cleared.  Checked the number on the internet and came across this website. Makes interesting reading.

they rang me 3 times today 06/07/11 when i got to talk to a person they told me they where ringing on behalf of a company called redress and asked if i had a morgage at this point i hung up

answered and got a dial tone,
