Been getting several calls per day from this "company" strangely enough at the same time we have been getting several calls per day from "wefightanyclaim" both of these companies started calling about 2 weeks ago.

Now for one we have been on TPS for years, so they can't claim that we have to wait for 28 days for that to kick in!

Also we have never ever had PPI insurance so why the hell would we need their advice?

As with most others on this forum it's almost impossible to get a straight answer from these people, just what part of NO do you think they don't understand?

As to Mark Turnbull, claiming innocence...sorry pal but your company and others of the same ilk ARE responsible, you sell on the personal phone numbers of ordinary people to these cold calling companies who don't give a damn about legislation or the effect that their nefarious practices have on those on the receiving end of their calls!

I think that the time has come that the government has to pass new legislation to close down all companies trading in personal data, I fully intend passing this onto my MSP and MP and would encourage everyone here to do the same.

Will anything happen by reporting this??? I've had 4 calls different times of the day and night and no-one there!

This number is driving me crazy answered the phone just now, click and then horrible music I put the phone down.  What is the point of TPS if it doesn't work.

received a call from this lot, not picked up at their end, just music. As they didn't hang up our phone was unusable for several minutes. Tried to call them back although could't call through.

Just had a call from this munber and was put on hold with music and all, then message saying "thank you for holding, your call is important to us".  Not bad considering they called me!

Got a call from this number today.  When I answered I heard a phone ringing and then piano music.

Join TPS then make a complaint EVERY time they phone you.
There is an address somewhere on this thread .
I complained about 4 times to TPS and I have recieved an email saying they will complain to the company.
Also I sent an Email to them with my phone number stating that they are wasting their time.
I havent had any calls from them for a few days now.
Repeat ..ask them who they are( and if poss get an address) tell them not to call again.
Dial 1471 to get the phone number and time then complain to TPS.
Keep doing it.The more we do it the more complaints the TPS will get

they rang me today to talk about my credit cards and loans. When I told the operator i dont have any cards or loans she asked me if I was sure! I also had someone else from the same company a few weeks wanting to talk to my husband about credit cards etc and when I told the operator he does not have any she told me my husband was lying to me and had 3!

Got a call from this number and let the answer machine get it. No message left, just a clicking sound. Then a voice that said, "Thank you for calling"!

I received a call from this number and when I tried to return the call as instructed by pressing 3, it said no such number!!

yet another call from this number. However I am now very wary  when answering the phone. Any silence means my phone is quietly put on one side and just left as long as I like -5 - 10 mins. When I retreive my phone the call has been disconnected by the caller - but at least - I hope their lines are tied up!!
BY COINCIDENCE I GOT CALLS YESTERDAY FROM 2 OTHER COMPANIES, WHO GOT THE SAME TREATMENT!!!

alos got a call from this number today the said they werent selling me anything and to do with ppi claims ..i asked them where they got my number didnt answer will be reporting it to TPS  as registered several years ago and seems to be an steady flow  of cold calling recently on our home telepone many not leaving any number

Had two calls from this company today - on answering just hear clicks then music. Have put the phone down both times, but the call doesn't clear from the line for a few minutes. So annoying, and am registered with the TPS.

i got a call from them and all i got on the other end was hold music and a rgular call out of ''please stay on the line, your comment is very important to us'' when obviously they couldent give a monkeys! im gonna phone them back and give them a piece of my mind.

I agree, Iain. Mark Turnbull's company IS responsible. If the idiot had done his homework he would not sold his lists to the Redress spammers.
