There were people that worked for Steve Jakes when I did that would look forward to their jobs and then when Steve Jakes came in to the office he'd shout and swear at them and they'd want to leave. Sickness was sooooo high it was funny! Then jakes would shout and scream again and walk out with the hump!

Jakes has got another Audi! Not the 4x4 now but a white one, sporty thing.... Saw him getting diesel. He didn't see me. But he'd probably not recognise me. I remember what he was like when I worked for him. Stinking of alcohol and swearing at everyone all day and talking about doing drugs. Disgraceful.

Email I got from. Steve Jakes when I worked there. Loads of his managers got stuff like this...

The way Steve Jakes was with his staff and customers was real bad. Humiliating staff and arrogant to customers. Last March they opened an office at Regis brentwood and come May they'd been evicted. Their still sending out spam emails from motor trades and ufindalocal. His brother in law is the editor of Motortrades insight.

If anyone's got loads of emails from Steve Jskes why not upload them to wiki leaks and let the whole world read them!

When I worked for Steve Jakes I couldn't believe how he treated people. Just shouting swearing and being agressive threatening them with their jobs. Once he screamed "if they don't [***] like it those [***] can [***] off".

Everyone knew he was a controlling monster who shouted jump and everyone did.

When customers rang up he'd never take their calls either always saying he was too busy and the [***] could write in if they had a problem.

So glad to have left.

Yep in fairness Steve was busy all the time. All that slagging off his customers, checking his lotto tickets, playing trance music, updating Facebook and slagging off his wife and eating kebabs would take up most the day. Give the bloke a break.

The way jakes would walk around swearing and talking about scoring drugs in front of impressionable kids who's got their first job at his company was disgusting. He should think how he destroyed the company morale and set such a bad example to his workers.
No wonder all his staff took decision to leave one by one. He'd only keep low lifers who'd go out with him after work for shall we say extra curricular activities. Make of that what you will. Mmmmm.

Steve Jakes even had me empty an office overnight and drive computers down the A12 back to his house telling me he's going to do this and do that I got paid and left. Couldn't work for a man like that.

Stephen Jakes continues to run search media limited ufindalocal and Motortrades insight and blue cloud from offices in Chelmsford. Wonder if he's paid his taxes ?
