If Steve gave up drink and drugs he could have been a nice bloke and ppl may have wanted to work for him rather than constantly leave coz the way he spoke to them and swore almost constantly he could be very nasty like when he exploded about Julie leaving down to religious beliefs and Andreas baby really bad in my book # nasty

Steve's been like this for years apparently somebody i know in Basildon knows him from years back and described him to a 't' when his name cropped up...

When I first experienced Steve jakes I knew what sort of company i had joined. He came into the board room regularly and talked openly about snorting coke and how big his habit was. Sadly he thought it made him look good. Most managers would raise eye brows at the way he ran things but for read of losing their jobs wouldn't speak out. He was the boss and if that's how he wanted to run things then take it or leave it. If you don't like it [***] off he'd say. Funnily enough everyone did! Lol

Steve's almost alcoholic tendencies are taking over his life as he sits there till 3am knecking fine wines whilst his wife lays in bed lonely and tired. Steve borders on being meglamamiac and needs help in my opinion. Won't be long until we hear tragic news he's passed away IMO human bodies can only take certain levels of drink and drug abuse.
