It is a company called EMCAS Claims, they are yet another PPI company. They have been phoning me every day at least twice a day for about a week now. I keep missing their call and end up with a missed call immediately followed by a text from them telling me they called. I rang the number back to tell them to clear off, but just got a recorded message telling me I was in a queue. I did get the company name from their recording though, so I have now used their contact firm on their website asking them to remove my number. It's been 4 days and so far no more phone calls. So perhaps give that a go and hopefully you can get rid of them too.

Constant phone calls from this and others of a similar nature. I now do not answer any calls unless i know the number. Very annoying.

Every day for nearly 2wks, why???? Blocked the number but it still shows they tried calling in the spam folder why dont they give up???

i get loads of calls from this number i just ask to speak to the manager they hang up i gonna be getting bt to change me number

Keep getting these peoplecalling , even when I've told them dozens of times before I haven't had a loan or use a credit card. Don't they bother to update their records?

No longer disturbed by their calls :) Download a free app call blocker such as Call Tools by Optinno from Google Play and easily add harassing caller number to block list. Their calls are blocked straightaway and will never get through to you. Simple.

01392353101 i am going to lobby my MP and see if we can get government to stop these calls as police are not interested in harassment calls (11 calls in 3 days)

they called me twice and im 12 also one wime was during a french lesson

These guys have called me 16 times since 6th Oct and are now on the phones blocked number list. This still shows when they have called but means I am no longer being annoyed by them, especially as most of these calls are between 1 and 3pm, although some have been as late as 7,45pm.

You would think they would have got the message by now - especially given the number of posts here from other disgruntled recipients!

01392353101 called for the 8th time today asking about ppi protection over the last 24 years told him we never had loans in over 35 years just could not get rid if him so i hung up on him this is harassment i cant ban the number we had this number from the year dot from BT we told them 5 time to remove out number and they tell us its been done but yet they still call
my advice is get a loud wistle when they call just blow long and hard into the phone

Several calls over the last few days from this number, and no-one on the other end when answered.

PPI sales call. Cut off and blocked mid spiel!

I keep getting a call roughly around 1 everyday and I've only ever answered once and that was when a guy started talking about PPI and have never even had a loan or a credit card or any money borrowed so I just played some music down the phone and they hung up but they call everyday it's relentless so fed up with them

they call themselves oscom or something like that

This bloke would only speak to my wife.told him she finishes 22.00.he finishes 20.00;shame that.

I see that this number was going to be reported to Oftel in 2011. well that hasn't done any good! They call me EVERY DAY. I am usually at work when they call but 1471 tells me that the flashing light on my phone is down to them yet again. When I am working from home I pick up the phone but don't bother speaking any more. I just put the receiver down beside me and carry on with whatever I am doing. occasionally I hear someone speaking, but I just ignore them.
Other times there is a message on my phone which is just a pre-recorded PPI message. I am considering getting rid of my landline completely and never giving my mobile number out.

Persistent intrusion of my privacy  on a daily basis never a message left so wont answer it.  

Rung em back ....Emcas......financial claims...told em to take my number off there database.
