just hang up on you when you pick up

have had 5 calls from this number. just phoned the number back and now have been taken off the system. hope this helps others.

This number callled me this evening, when I told him his information was wrong and would he take my number off his list he totally ignored me and kept asking "which information is wrong?", I told him all of it and again requested he remove my phone number off his list, he repeatedly ignored me and in the end I hung up.  Does anyone know who they are as I would like to report him

I'm sick and fed up with quiet calls from 01392353101. I usually hang up after a few seconds of no-one speaking but today I waited too give them a piece of my mind. After 33 seconds the line went dead. Something I wish they would do! ! !

I am finding this infuriating at home, as I am disabled and even though we've 4 phones I can't get to them quickly sometimes. Also getting them on my mobile much more now too. I would leave my mobile on silent, but my Dad, (84), has a community alarm installed and I need to be available at end of phone, so have to answer home phone, (none display nuymber), but mobile does display number so I can ignore it.

My Dad also gets about 4 or 5 calls some days from all these various annoying numbers, and I worry he will fall on his way to his phone in the hall, as he is very unsteady on his feet, and is of the generation who feels he has to hurry to answer it.  

There are so many complaints - why is nothing done with these companies?

phoned today and hung up, im on the TPS, they are a waste of time!
i think we should all start complaining to BT, the revolution starts NOW!

they just phoned now, I didnt answer - it will probably hang up as its automatic, they call hundreds of people even if they dont have enough staff... I always get the call with no one there :( lol

I think the home phone number of the CEO should be given on these calls so you can call him back and thank him for his concern. prefably about 0400hrs when you ge tup to use the toilet at night.

01392353101 keep getting calls off this number approx. 5.55pm most nights and they just hang up, will the telephone company in the Exeter area do something about it please

this number keeps phoneing me and its just silence when i ring them back its just music playing and its really annoying me. how do i stop them calling me.

Today I answered the phone but they asked for my mother in law who has different surname to me and does not even live here. How they have that information is beyond me when we don't have the same banks she has credit cards but i don't. She has never lived at this address and rarely visits.now explain that one?

Sick of these type of companies ringing me!!!

was under the impression cold calling was illegal!, how do these people get away with this harassment? really getting fed up with this type of call, new legislation needs to be put in place, and fast!.... just saying!

Keep phoning in the afternoon.  When i answer, they just hang up.  Fed up of it now, doing my head in!!

just recieved phone call from these people they wanted bank details when I refused they supposedly arranged a 3 way call to HSBC who asked for details, after giving my name and date of birth I refused to give my account number and hung up.

Six calls this morning in the space of 2 hours. Said I wasnt interested to the first as I had done PPI myself. Simply putthe receiver down on the other 5.

got this call today .They said i had had a loan within the last thirteen years  I told them i have never had a loan except a mortgage which is long paid off  It bothers me that i should get these call How can they be stopped  Didn't pay much heed to who they said they were as i thought it was going to be one of these survey call which are a pest as well

I receive lots of calls every day from this number, no one on the other end then the line goes dead, it is extremely annoying and irritating
