I am tired of called calls.  I have no loan and don't have to claim PPI back.  If they only would leave me alone.

For 3 weeks I have unplugged my home phone from 7am to 9pm. At 9 I delete all calls received and all marketing messages. I started off with approx 14 calls a day and am now down to about 1 per day.
If I do  pick it up and there's a marketing/sales person on the other end I now just put the receiver down, rude? So be it. The people that NEED  to know now know to get me on my cell. And its not only this number that is amounting to harassment! Hopefully it will sort the problem out. Go and sign the.  e-petition on the Govt website. We can do something. Another idea to try is telling family and friends to let it ring twice and tthen call again - at least you can be 99% sure its a call you don't mind taking.

I have just sent them a message saying that any future calls to me will be charged at £10 per time and that by calling me they are deemed to have accepted my terms and conditions.  If I continue to get calls they will be logged and an invoice sent.  Small Claims Court follow up if they do not pay.

Phone went dead when i answered it ,i am fed up with tese calls.

I got a call today from a man re PPI etc.  He was very forceful when I tried to explain politely that I was not interested.  I asked him how he'd got my number etc as registered withTPS.  He said that companies refer them and that I must have had a loan, PPI etc or could even have been a credit card.  The number registered - a lot are witheld - so surely something can be done to investigate when we know the number?

Received call from this company on this number offering services to reclaim over PPI on credit cards and mortgages. Sounded like MPAS but note above the firm of EMCAS which matches type of firm and location (01392 is Exeter code).. Our number is already registered with TPS so made report. Hope it stops them when they should know TPS will stop them. Make a complaint to TPS if not done so.

I have the same calls. Just ask them what part of NO THANK YOU don't you understand

no one spoke when I answered and my number is registered not to get cold calls grrrr

I am fed up of receiving calls from this Company.   How can I stop it.

I do not want any of these unsolicited calls they are a total waste of time.

These people finally got hold of me about PPI and I listened to what they said and agreed for them to pursue a claim for me, however when I recieved their terms and conditions it would seem the only people getting any money back from the claim would be them!!!  Put the phone down immediately if contacted!

I have a caller display and unless I recognise the name or number of the caller, I do not answer. the call.The call. then goes to my answer machine and all these nuisence calls simply do not continue. I always find out who is calling by dialing 1471.I have a log of all these calls, however I do find that the calls have decreased. I recommend this method of deeling with calls.

This company calls me all the time, despite their claims to abide by OFCOM and OFT standards. This is the email of their CEO: cbernhardt@emcas.co.uk if people want to remonstrate with him directly....

I have had them ringing me all morning they ring off when the answerphone comes on. I think it is We Fight Any Claim as my husband said he might be interested until we had paperwork come through and saw they charge 30%. Gone with another company as only charge 15%.

Ignore these stupid, irritating, waste of time callers. My advice: don't answer. Then dial 1471, and providing it's not been withheld, you'll know whose called you, as their money-making scams—IE Scottish Power, PPI, injury claims—oh, and the latest now is writing your will.

Its simple all you have to do is get a phone with the Add To Bar List function
Get BT to turn caller ID on
Any phone calles like this, all you do is go in to recent caller list select the number then select ADD BAR LIST
Have a little chuckle to your self.
My Bar list is 35 strong they get a message saying the person you are calling doesnt want to listen to your bull s*t PLB something like that

Google the number after theyve been on the phone for the first time

they are EMCAS, also known as EMC Advisory Service. address.  38-40 Palace Avenue,  Paignton, Devon, TQ3 3HE. I suggest,  you a write and complain to address.  but do not put stamp on envelope.  Every time Royal Mail delivers a letter without postage,  there is an additional fee.  In 2012 the fee is £1.00 plus the cost of second class stamp.  Currently 50pence. They will soon get message. Also complain to TPS telephone preference service.
