To all Readers, Express Law appear to care about their weekly sales results, which appears on their website designed and developed by Sixty Six Designs http://www.sixtysixdesign.com/portfolio.html shame they don’t take much more care in knowing where their clients files end up.

They are making that much money from the Elderly and Vulnerable that they are expanding! http://www.jobstoday.co.uk/job/will-writer-939493388?src=search Maybe they are not running quite as they should be, “CLC or STEP qualification would be preferred” this should state that this is essential if they were such a professional company.

This quotation has come from Express Law themselves.
“At Express Law much of our work comes through ‘word of mouth’ so if you know of any friends, family or neighbours who could perhaps benefit from our service then please contact a member of our Recommendation Team as by way of a thank-you we would gladly offer you Mark & Spencer's gift vouchers for any successful recommendation made.”  

This in simple terms means: Please help us to get some more clients because word is getting out that we have not got a very good reputation, however, we will give you £15, £20 or maybe £25 in gift vouchers, providing that you give us £1,500 £1,995 or if we think that your really vulnerable £2,600.
So no wonder they can afford to expand.

Another point stated by them is:
“Join the growing number of clients who choose Express Law – the region’s leading Will and Trust Specialist.“
Employee's and Directors of Express Law, can you back this statement up as you have only been trading since last year?

That message is from Gerry’s once upon a time partner in crime.
When they operated National legal services in Sheffield in 2003 together with Martin Smith they ripped off thousands of pounds from Will Writing Scams and now it‘s in liquidation.
looks like the opposition of National Legal Assistance are trying to drop Gerry in it. Jonty the only reason why Gerry would ring you is to get the money back which you Martin Smith and Andrew Young stole from him when you did a runner from Minster Legal Services in order to set up Express Law.
there is no honour amongst thieves it would seem.

sounds like you've spoken to gerry barton and believe whatever he has told you. have you spoken with anyone at express law to make sure you have your facts right?
or am i and so many other posters on here right that you are on here to fulfill some kind of personal vendetta and just want to cause trouble no matter what?!

it also seems you are very close to mr barton as you are 'on his side ' many times. - and very few of your posts are about his current company 'National Legal Assistance' yet you go to great lengths to post insignificant and possibly untrue facts about express law..   WHY?

'truthfinder' Thankyou for your comments. Whether or not we had spoken to Gerald Barton, why should we disbelieve his side of events? When we as you say don't have the full facts, why don't you enlighten us.

You also keep saying that we are posting possible untrue facts about Express Law what makes you so confident that we are wrong? These facts are significant to warn the Public, why would you be against this? You want your questions answering but you don't answer any questions put to you.

It seems to us that we have hit a nerve as it has taken you 3 days to reply to Deepthroat, I watch from afar and ourselves. Its as I watch from afar says, it sounds like you and abc123 are from Express Law.
When it goes through the proper legal channels you can have your say then.

Well they just need to know that it is what they don't know i know can harm them.

i've just found this forum by accident.....surely this site is supposed to be for identifying phone numbers not for some sort of crusade against a company or companies??

Surely it would be better to start your own site rather than devalue this one? Just my 2p worth.....

We see in no way that we have devalued this site, if anything, we have highlighted the need for this site, Thankyou www.whocallsme.com. We could not imagine why anyone would disagree with the affects that this is having on the aforementioned companies and the amount of people that have emailed to say they have cancelled appointments because they, like you, stumbled across this forum!! Also stated in an ealier post, we will have the clients £3 million worth.

Your motives appear genuine and you should be applauded for that. If things are as bad as you and your associates say then I struggle to see why Trading Standards and the like have not moved to close these operations down.
