Had a call off this number today while i was out, left no message, when i called it back i got a recorded message saying this number has not yet been provisioned. if it was a BT number it wouldve been a dead line.

Got a call yesterday from this number. It did not leave a message.

I received a cold call message from this company ...a woman said she was from a legal service and was contacting people in my area . I told her I was not interested and hung up

Got a call from this number today and they left no message.  Interesting that Robbo (3 Nov) said it was from a legal service.  I've just had a motor accident although I haven't authorised anyone to give my number out in relation to it.

Got a call from this number today 26 January 2010 - a lady named Jackie says she was calling on behalf of 'Minster Legal Services' - When I asked who had asked her to call me, she put the phone down

Yes, Minster Legal Services and Saga Legal Services are the same - both bogus and nothing to do with THE Saga.  They are crooks and are being investigated by Lincolnshire Trading Standarsa as well as the cops.

We have had dealings with Minster Legal Services (UK) Ltd and in the process of trying to get our money returned for non completion of work. The directors and former senior legal consultant now operate from Express Law Doncaster Tele 08454753555, all calls are monitored via a call centre. Saga Legal services are now known as National Legal Assistance operating from the Minster Legal Services building. Check out the name Gerald Malcolm Barton who according to Express Law is the owner/founder of Minster Legal Services

- The ladies name is Genna Toyne. She is the Office Manager for Legal Assistance Limited.

National Legal Assistance is only the name they use when cold calling clients.

The number the 'call centre' cold call you from, is on a broadband line so u cannot call them back. The only number that can be called is the main office number: 01427 619525.

All company names listed above and more are all connected to the same few people. They are ALL involved with Mr Gerald Malcolm Barton. Don't trust ANYONE who cold calls, my advice is go to a reputable Solicitor's who you know you can trust.

I am Genna from this company, I dont know why you have mentioned my name, I am the office supervisor and have worked at this company since 2009. I am sure if we was a 'bogus' company we would have trading standards/police shut us down! I dont know where you are getting your information from but it is incorrect and I would appreciate you not mentioning my name again.

Minster Legal Services as far as I am aware has been passed to a company in Doncaster. As for our company, yes we was called SAGA now National, again you can find that out by looking on company house records, were not trying to hide anything. Finally, if you was to contact any of our clients, you would find they have all recieved thier documents (not put them in a barn as ststed earlier by some one on here)! This is slander and you are bad mouthing a company who has worked hard to get the good reputaion we have!

If you try and call the main office number to Minster Legal Services (UK) Limited - 01427 619525 is now re-directing all calls to Express Law Ltd in Doncaster (who) is responsible for work carried out as Minster Legal Services (UK) Limited??? I wonder!

Hi Genna, thanks for your comments. I mentioned your name because I was merely correcting 'JJ' who incorrectly called you (Jemma Poyne) as I believe who I have spoken to is Genna Toyne, am I correct?

And I am sure you are a real company registered at Companies House, it's just some of the work that you do is bogus and incomplete! £2,500 is a lot of money for just a Will. Now that Minster have disappeared all those people who have parted with substantial amounts of money will only receive a Will. And you are correct this time they won't be found in a Barn as they are at the the Will Writers Society in Lincoln.

When people join the TPS it means they didn't want cold callers, but does that stop you people making unwanted calls?

Elderly, vulnerable and confused people are not sure what they need or want when it comes to disposition of their assets (that's why they use Accountants and Financial Advisors). It is easy to convince them into unchartered territory as you have proved so easily with scare mungering tatics informing them that they will lose their house.

Don't worry I have been contacted by many of your clients.

And slander is malicious, false and defamitary statement against someone's good name? Minster Legal Services (UK) Limited or Gerald Malcolm Barton don't have a good name.

I was well and truly disgused with this company. The call took me by surprise and I felt I had to say yes just to make them go away as I was busy at the time. Then when the man came round to my home he was so rude and forceful telling me that I WILL lose my home to care fees. I felt quite scared and wanted him out of my house, I asked him to leave but he wouldn't go until he got what he was coming for. He kept sitting there for ages and ages. I must have been one of the lucky ones that didnt give any of my money away, but I dont dare answer the phone again. They need to be stopped
