Dont be affraid to answer your phone or your door just be cautious, if you are not happy with the way someone is treating you in your own home call the police, but better still don't let them in unless you have got a family member or a neighbouir in with you.
These are very rare circumstances, but if you feel that you was harrassed in anyway report it, stay safe.

I wonder why Andrew Young, Martin Smith, Jonty Trotter, Gerald Barton, or Joseph Croft are not defending themselves, Why are they hiding behind their secretaries (acts of cowards).
The Director's of Minster Legal Services (uk) Ltd are divided, some of them are at National legal Assistance  Ltd and the others are at Express Law Ltd, but who is taking responsibilty for the work carried out at Minster, ( no one ) they are fobbing the clients off by blaming each other.

G Toyne and A Benson each of the companies that you work for are responsible for Unprofessional and Unethical behaviour towards our Vulnerable and Elderly.

We were cold called on this number last September and, unfortunately, saw one of their representatives and fell for their sales patter paying a lot of money for them to prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney and Protected Property Trust wills for us.  These arrived, eventually, in February and are of no legal value at all with many errors and omissions.  Our case is currently in the hands of Trading Standards and the Legal Services Ombudsman but we hold out little hope of either getting documents that are of any legal use or getting a refund.  Do not fall for this company's sales patter, it sounds very convincing but doubt you would end up with a document that is of any legal value.

Unfortuanately I was scammed by Minster "Legal" services. They did not do the work and very rarely answered emails and never replied to telephone calls. How can A.Benson know what Andrew Young was doing at Minster unless he worked there and if he did he must have had blinkers on as it must have been obvious that they were not doing their job correctly. I have just had to pay £150 to register my property with Land Registry and they said that the majority of the paperwork from Minster was incorrect and had to be sent back so they did not even learn from their mistakes. I think they were just wasting time until they got out and took all the money with them.

As for Gen 1985,if she is the "Office Manager",
a) She should have known what was going on or is she being paid too much to care.
b) She should have a better education for that position.

Yes you are correct my name is Genna Toyne. I work for a company, where my job is to supervise a telesales team.  have no input to the WILLS or any other documentation as I am not qualified or experienced to do so. I feel my name has been 'slandered', as above comments have been relating to my name, again I am only a supervisor and take NO responsibility to any complaints. Please stop using my name in this conversation. Also a reply was used with the account name I made on here, the comment used ***** swear words! This was not me, and if it is not deleted, I will be looking into it, as some one is using my name and causing trouble for me.

Until I found this site I really felt we were the only people who had been scammed by Minster Legal Services, it has been quite an eye opener to realise how many other people have been affected.  We have contacted a journalist who is writing a piece for her publication specifically naming and shaming Minster Legal Services and I intend to do everything I can to make as many people as possible aware of these villains.  It is appalling that they are still allowed to continue to trade and open new companies constantly.  It is to be hoped the new regulations for will writing companies come into place as quickly as possible to put an end to the misery these people cause.  I have not joined the link you gave me as I live in Hull where they were cold calling lots of people last September, don't know if there are others in this area who have ended up with legally invalid documents.

You are the biggest scam of em all.!Go to the police dont know how you can live with yourself!

If only we had used our credit card but, unfortunately, we didn't have the option as the representative of Minster Legal Services who came to our home didn't have a credit card machine so we had to pay by cheque.   It is the one and only time we have ever paid for goods before receiving them and we will never ever fall for it again.  On the other hand a company like that getting hold of our credit card details may have been dangerous anyway!!
